I highly recommend Total Refit!!! Steph is the owner/trainer and is very motivating and encouraging to everyone - she knows everyone by name and truly cares. Steph has built a great community where everyone supports each other. Workouts are challenging, with lots of modifications for people with injuries or a lower ability. Very comfortable, positive, and welcoming environment for overweight women. Highly recommend!

I joined Total Fitness in September after being away from the gym for a while. I walked in feeling defeated but Stephanie instantly reassured me and got me feeling back to myself. The programming is challenging but can also be modified to accommodate my current needs. The members are supportive and friendly. I'm so thankful to be here!

Started out here with personal training with the owner Stephanie. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to not give up and recognize my own strength when I doubted what I could do. Almost a year later I was ready to join the team sessions (which I was originally intimidated in doing). Stephanie was supportive and still held me accountable. The other trainers are great and everyone who works out there are encouraging and supportive of each other and truly is the meaning of team work.

I’ve been a member at Total Fitness for a bit over a year now. I came to the gym with 10 years of experience in functional fitness, CrossFit competition and powerlifting. I have been really happy with the switch- from the great crew to the convenient location. Above all, the coaching from the owner, Stephanie, has been excellent. She is a veteran coach with tons of experience- she is very involved in each class and makes great corrections and gives useful cues. The workouts are incredibly challenging but can also be tailored to any ability. Come and give a class a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

A well equipped gym with professional trainers. It was an introductory visit for me and I was introduced to some basic exercises to suit my age and health conditions. I enjoyed the time there. A bit warmer and humid in the present temporary location and soon they will move to the new location.

Total Refit is the gym you’re looking for! You never get bored since the workouts are never the same. Steff and her staff always cater to your needs and abilities too. It’s a great atmosphere without the normal cliques at most gyms where everyone can laugh together while sweating! They have a schedule that accommodates the early risers and the afternoon/evening crowds . I’ve also done the nutrition challenges which are great if you need someone to get you on track and hold you accountable. I definitely recommend checking out everything Total Refit has to offer!
