Bronson Rehabilitation Center in Westfield

Excellent staff amazing doctors. All the nurses and patient care techs. All the therapists have such positive attitudes which transfers to us. Service was fast i ring my bell and soon less than 2 minutes someone is here to assist. Thank you thank you to all the teams here to help.

I was recently admitted to Noble hospital for what turned out to be multiple herniated disc in my back causing me the worst pain I have endured in my left leg and lower back. I cannot say enough about the professionalism that ALL the staffgave me in the hospital and here at Bronson Rehabilitation Center along with giving you respect, helping you with the tools to help you and there devoted care. I cannot name one, or even a few of the staff in particular, because they were All A+ in my book. I hope I will never need inpatient Rehabilitation again, but in the event I do need that, I know it would be BRONSON REHABILITATION CENTER in Westfield Massachusetts.

I recently was in a serious motorcycle accident. Broken femur, 4 broken ribs, broken pinky, bruised lung and bruised ego. The staff here helped me learn to walk again. They are down to earth and overall great people who actually care about your well being, not just a paycheck. The PT and OT team will have you laughing while pushing you to your physical limit (which is a good thing) the nurses are very helpful and caring even about little things. But don't try to sneak out of bed, they put alarms on them 😂. Overall, if you choose Bronson for your rehab, you won't be disappointed, you'll actually find yourself recovering faster while feeling like you're in a 5 star hotel. A special thank you to Frank, Tracy, Wendy, Joanne, Ariana, Paul and many more staff members that their names have slipped my mind (😔 sorry)

I recently went to Bronson rehabilitation in Noble hospital after a serious surgery. I found this to be remarkably good on every level. The staff including doctors, nurses, nursing assistants ,rehabilitation therapy department to be caring, concerned,wonderful listeners, always available the minute you press a button which is almost unheard of. It was spotless. Even the food was surprisingly good. I would absolutely give a 5 star or more and highly recommend Bronson rehabilitation Center. Karen D

Broke my hip and chose Bronson Noble for rehab. I could not have asked for better care. From the nurses to the physical, occupational therapists , social worker, doctor and food service - all were kind, attentive and enthusiastic. When i was ready to come home, they worked with me to make it happen. They promote a team atmosphere and it shows. Thanks to all!!

Can not get anyone on the phone....ever!

Not only did my mother get an infection under their care they did not even detect it. She had pain, redness, and inflammation near her g-tube. I asked several times for them to do blood work to test for an infection. They did not do the bloodwork and discharged her. Thankfully the next place she went took one look at it and started antibiotics right away and sent her to the hospital. The hospital confirmed it was indeed a nasty infection.

Just brought my 90 year old Dad home from Bronson today after a week long stay to get him back on his feet after a bout with pneumonia. I can't say enough good things about the staff-- RN's, PT's, everyone we came in contact with were professional, friendly and tried their best to get my Dad and the other patients. A big thank you and thumbs up to the unit!!
