Wow! Cherie is an amazing healer! For the first time in my life, I had the absolute worst sciatica and a herniated disc. I was desperate and couldn’t get a Dr appt for weeks. Cherie knew exactly what to do to give me some major relief and huge range of motion back. It wasn’t exactly soothing - it hurt a lot actually - but she calmly kept saying she was sorry but I will feel better and I trusted her. What a difference! Immediately I could walk without a limp, and the next day I felt like a new person. I was able to get to all the things I had been putting off - probably doing a bit too much too soon - but the relief was so worth all the pain of her deep tissue massage and cupping. Very knowledgeable and intuitive healer. You won’t be sorry! Amazing experience!!

More people need to know about this parlor. I saw you a few years ago. Best massage I've ever had in my entire life. I wish you were doing this in Boston. I haven't been able to find another bamboo fusion specialist since we last met. I highly recommend visiting Massasge Expressions & Body Works.

I've been going to Cherie for about four years now and can't imagine anyone else. The old building has great vibes and I love the way she prepares the room. She always plays the perfect music and has great natural oil scents. Sometimes we chat during the massage and other times I enjoy the silence. I do the Bamboo Fusion massage and it's honestly priceless.

Cherie is an awesome person as well as a great Massage Therapist My family has been going to her for massages for years. She is the best!!!

Awful customer service. Got a groupon, and she never returned any texts or calls. Was never able to schedule an appointment. Ended up getting my money back from groupon.

WORST customer service I've ever received in my life. I had an emergency with my daughter & was running late for my appointment. The owner texted me in the middle of this and I immediately responded apologizing, explaining my situation, how much longer I'd be, and if I could still come or should reschedule. No answer. Texted again saying I was almost there. No answer. Texted again when I got there. No answer again, & no one there. Finally texted me she's on her way. Apologized profusely again when she arrived I was greeted very gruffly by a rather rough looking woman, saying she left & went to the bank. After apologizing yet again explaining the emergency, I asked if she would like me to reschedule. Still visibly agitated, she very coolly responded that I had "wasted an hour of her time" (although I was only 20 min late) and that all she would do for me was a quick massage "and it's also going to cost you another $20." Even though I had already prepaid, and apologized several times for an emergency situation that was beyond my control. Her response was "Well, that's what I do, so what do you wanna do?" I understand that I was late, but that's never an excuse to treat a paying customer so rudely, especially when I sincerely & repeatedly apologized, and she also never answered my texts. People arrive late & no-show at my job all the time. Sometimes things happen, & I would NEVER treat someone like that. It's true, you get what you pay for. I'll stay with Puffer's Salon & Day Spa where you are ALWAYS treated with respect!!

Amazing! Very talented massage therapist and very comfortable space. Convenient location on Westfield. I highly recommend Cheri is so talented and insightful.
