If your smart you wouldn't go to this gym I've had to go in there multiple times due to the fact that after I cancelled my membership they continued to charge me 25 every month it's coming to the point where I'm calling my bank asking to block any transactions from planet fitness and or sueing them for civil fraud I do not recommend this gym to anyone.
Very friendly staff at night, always respectful and helpful. I lost an earring here once and called to see if they had found it, the night worker went around looking for it until he found it for me. If you ask for help using a machine they are very kind and helpful. It's very clean, I have even seen them look under the treadmills for dust, and clean things other gyms do not. It's not too busy at night. I have some complaints about their weekend hours, but what can you do 🤷🏼♀️ you know no where is perfect!
I absolutely love this Planet Fitness location. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment is welcoming. I want to give a big shoutout to Jessie — he helped me out last night when I had a few questions. He treated me with nothing but respect. You can tell he really cares about his job and the members. While I do wish some of the machines were more up to date, the staff more than makes up for it. . Anyone who comes here regularly knows how much effort the staff puts in. Along with Savannah and Billy, they all help create the kind of atmosphere Planet Fitness is known for — clean, friendly, and judgment-free. Keep doing your thing, guys. A lot of us see you and appreciate everything you do.
I had a great experience thanks to Assistant Manager Jessie. I came in with a few concerns, and he took the time to really listen and help me out without brushing anything off. He was patient, professional, and genuinely kind—something that’s rare these days. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants people to leave happy. Forget what the other reviews say—Jessie is awesome!
Very disappointed with this locations staff. Last night Not only was someone having a seizure and ignored by the staff. While the manager Jessie also had gone into the male changing room starting to harass and corner a member who has gone for a while now - over a review he had put. He had walked out of the changing room yelling profanities and slurs. As a “judgment and political free zone and safe place” you sure let that manager get away with bringing judgment and harassment to the customers there. Every time I’ve gone. He’s always been rude, never in the front when need assistance with anything. And after last nights events. I will no longer be attending this location and will make sure I inform everyone else I know to avoid that location as well. Very unprofessional, very unsafe and worrisome. There were never problems like THIS with Alex , Allen or Din. They always were helpful, professional, encouraging and truly made it a safe and drama free environment.
Every time I go in when Jesse & Sam are on shift the counter is empty for 10 minutes minimum while Jesse walks around trying to hold hands with Sam. There’s been multiple times I’ve seen the counter empty with a line of people. Place has gone down hill since they Let Ding go. He was always smiling, easy to talk to & genuinely cared.
Greetings! First I want to address how great all of the employees and management are. I have had some wonderful experiences on the daily with this staff. They are friendly, attentive, and helpful. I recently had a surgery and they even helped me tie up my hair and lace my shoes. They truly care about their members and see the gym as not just a training facility, but a place for community and camaraderie. This review would have received 5 🌟 if the gaggles of teens were not so overpowering. Let me explain... Simply, they workout in large groups and tie up equipment for long periods of time. The gym is quite busy and people should be respectful and conscious of others as far as time on machines. "Gym etiquette 101" perhaps this should be a CBT prior to enrollment 😂 Truly a great team you have there! 🙌💪💪
I’ve been a loyal customer of this place for several years, but I have to say that recent events have really left me disappointed. I was shocked and disheartened to learn that they fired one of their best employees, Ding. Not only was Ding always friendly and approachable, but he was also someone I looked forward to talking to whenever I visited. It’s really frustrating to see a place make decisions that negatively impact the people who actually made it a great experience. This move feels unnecessary, and it honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they reconsider their approach and value the employees who build meaningful connections with customers. Until then, I’m really questioning whether I’ll continue coming back.
