I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal at the Cosmetic and Wellness center, and have been holding off final judgment until the end of the treatments. I found the treatments to be inadequate and not thoroughly completed, unlike those treatments provided by another local laser hair removal doctor. I tried to communicate my needs with the doctor at Cosmetic and Wellness Center, and I noticed that he did not keep notes on my treatments to monitor its effects or the level of intensity that was required. I asked to pay the doctor to provide a touch-up on an area I had treated previously at another facility, and his treatment was so quick and superficial that he ultimately missed most of the area. I found the doctor to be most interested with moving quickly rather than doing a good job, and I wasted my money and time as a customer at his office.
