Jeremy is an excellent physical therapist! He treated me with great care and explained everything he was doing; very informative. I got amazing results. After 3 or 4 visits I could move my shoulder after a heavy rotated shoulder surgery. Highly recommend!!
The team at BSPT WR are professional, attentive and caring. The facility is clean and operates in a comfortable manner without making you feel overwhelmed during your session. The workouts and tips in and out the facility are helpful and great. I highly recommend Cynthia and the team there.
This is my second time coming to BSPT. I came years ago for a knee injury and had a great recovery. More recently I had to come here for a back injury. Jeremy and his staff are great! I have noticed improvements in my mobility and pain levels over the past 2 months. Although I am not 100% pain free, I was given a plan to continue my exercises at home and if I do not continue to improve I will reach back out to be re-evaluated on site. I am very happy with my treatment plan.

We adore Bay State PT. They were so welcoming when we walked in looking for PT services for my son, helped me get all the paperwork together and the referral from my sons pediatrician. The receptionist is really kind and helpful. Also they call us if an earlier appointment is available. Great facility and the best Physical Therapists! They actually make PT enjoyable for my son and gave him a very detailed evaluation and follow up exercises. He actually enjoys going and never complains about it which was not what I initally expected. I will definitely use them for any and all of my families Physical therapy needs in the future. Highly recommend them!!!
