Frost And Float Spa (Cryotherapy , Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna) in West Newton

I had my first float in five years and it was divine. I’ll definitely be back. The place is beautiful and the staff are down-to-earth and knowledgeable.

Awesome Experience. I used by Class Pass Credits and it’s was a friendly way to get there. So Nice and clean spaces. David was so respectful and he took time to prepare all the experience. Definitely, I’ll come back soon.

I heard of Frost and Float spa for a while now and have always wanted to try. My session was one hour of float in the sensory deprivation tank, followed by a cryotherapy. David was super nice; explained everything thoroughly as it was my first time floating. I did not like the silence in the tank so I opted for a little music. He left me a mini speaker that can hang inside the tank. I could easily Bluetooth my own mellow music. And I did fell asleep!! Really relaxing and soothing with the zero gravity! The light came on and you know you are done. With the bathroom inside the float room, it is super convenient to shower/rinse before and after. After that I just put on a robe and headed to another room for cryotherapy. As a beginner (again) he explained what would happen in details which eased my mind. I wasn’t sure what it would be like standing in the -110F nitrogen tank but I did the whole 3 minutes long and felt great afterwards. Highly recommended to try. I have lower back pain and I hope to repeat the cryotherapy to see what happens. Frost and Float Spa is clean, with lot of light which I like, and there was no pressure to try anything or to sign up for anything after. Will come back for sure! Thank you!

I first started coming to Frost and Float a little less than a year ago and I have never felt better after doing a Cryo and Sauna session. I always leave in a great mood and feel fully refreshed and energized. Frost and Float has a very friendly and welcoming staff. I highly recommend!!

Every experience I’ve had at this spa has been extremely rejuvenating and beyond my expectations. Great atmosphere and staff is always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I’ve tried the cryotherapy, sauna bed, and float tank. The first time freeze, fire, float deal is a real steal. The super sweat on the sauna bed really kicked my butt. Love going here as a nice treat for myself to detox my system and give my spirit a shock to get back into being centered. Highly reccomend!

My husband and I have been going to Frost and Float Spa since February 2021 and we LOVE everything about this spa - the clean, spotless space, the welcoming owners, Dave and Deena, always so pleasant, always so helpful in our booking and answering questions, and the amazing experience of the float sessions. I fall into deep sleep in every single float session, the kind of deep sleep that is unlike any sleep we get at our comfortable home, in a luxurious hotel or a 5-star resort. It is inexplicably therapeutic. As a marathon runner, I always look forward to my float session every month during the intense training seasons. It is a treat to the whole body!

As first time clients, my husband and I chose to do a Float. We were happy to receive a first time floaters discount. It was easy to find. I loved learning it was a family run business. We were greeted and treated kindly and given the breakdown together. We both liked the fact that the shower is in the room with the tank. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great experience! Would recommend. Next we want to try the Freeze!!
