Raquel’s expertise, guidance and experience has been absolutely game changing for me. I can only say that I wish I met her 10 years ago. She not only has a personality that makes you feel very comfortable but has the ability to balance that with honest and open feedback and information. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to cross paths with her as a woman and a practitioner. Thankful to have found her. ❤️

I am an older woman who is experiencing the changes and challenges with the aging process. I love my husband, however, when we make love, it is incredibly painful. I honestly did not know what to do nor did. I think there was a solution or help for this particular situation. I was referred to Raquel by a very close friend who had been seen her. I made an appointment to see her, and honestly, I was not excited about it. But I wanted to change my current situation. Raquel has been providing this service for decades. She is caring, kind, patient and the work we have done together has made sex enjoyable again. I am grateful for the difference she has made in my life.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Raquel's impact on my life. Our paths crossed, and it was a real and transformative blessing. Raquel embodies empathy, positivity, and a non-judgmental approach, making her work truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend her to all women facing pelvic floor pain. Prioritize physiotherapy with Raquel; it's a crucial first step before exploring other options.

Raquel is warm, kind, gentle and understanding. She listens carefully and creates a plan to support a variety of issues in pelvic control. She is thoughtfully intentional. Raquel has training and experience to help with a variety of issues. Her technique is to teach and then give support through training her clients/patients to help themselves. She is fun, in a very professional confident way. I too have addressed some of these issues with another PT for pelvic floor without the results Raquel gets. Sometimes convenience of location does not measure with the care one can get. For me it is/was worth the drive to receive her care. She has such a strong compassion for 'her people'. She is a strong woman who enjoys her clients and easily finds the best way to help. Her receptionist is caring as well. It may take time for you to get an appointment, but it is well worth the wait. They try to get a series of appointments booked but it seems there are always clients waiting for any cancellations if you are feeling better sooner. I will be forever grateful for the help and support for my experience with Raquel (even while I needed to return after years of hiatus from her support), and recommend her to anyone who is in need of this type of therapy. She is a gem, a true gift to yourself!

Raquel is amazing! I’ve seen a few physical therapists in my early twenties but none has been nearly as helpful to me as she has. She is very personable and very knowledgeable about women’s health and the pelvic floor. Everyone could use her expertise and wisdom!

Let face it, pelvic floor therapy is not something everyone just jumps up and says...."Yay! This is awesome! Cant wait!" I did not have a choice after 4 kids. Raquel not only is life changing, but she has a way about her that is so incredibly warm and welcoming that you feel at ease and safe immediately. She is a true gem and has become a friend that I respect. I highly recommend her.

I have worked with Raquel on and off over the last few years as needed, and I would call the experience genuinely life-changing. She is not only knowledgable and skilled--she is also compassionate, kind, down-to-earth, funny, sweet, and just makes you feel safe and supported in every way. Raquel helped me through issues that were the source of some deep shame and anxiety for me--and as a result changed my relationships with others and with myself. I feel so lucky to have found my way to Raquel, and I can't recommend her and her practice enough.

I have worked with Raquel for several years at this point, by my choice. Before starting with Raquel, I had seen three other women's health physical therapists, none of whom matched Raquel's depth of knowledge, willingness to get to the heart of a problem, or ability to communicate. There is no question in my mind that Raquel understands both physiologically and psychologically the kinds of difficulties that I was going through as a postpartum and peri-menopausal woman. My partner and I have learned a ton, and our life together has gotten much better! :)
