Everyone here is very knowledgeable. They communicated well with the patients.They work together really well and they are committed to get you better. I felt that my problem was address effectively and efficiently. I worked with Raymond. He would get feedback on how I have been feeling before ever session and based on my response he would adjust the exercises. He is knowledgeable and patient. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I would not think twice about going here again if I need to.

Rob is great and I would recommend this physical therapy place to literally anyone who hurts anything. I think the two four star reviews are unfounded and the check-in process isn't hard. While being worked on you can feel the family like atmosphere that Bobby has cultivated. Everyone is friendly, everyone knows what they are doing, and everyone works as a team to help you accomplish your goal of getting better. There really isn't a better place around.

I visited Professional Physical Therapy for a couple months to treat chronic lower back pain and feel better now than I have in 2 years. Kelsey and the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful. The team works together well to treat all their patients. Scheduling is flexible and convenient.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Professional PT in Watertown over the past year. They treated my neck, lower back, and shoulder with a thorough approach that’s unmatched by other clinics. Each session includes both manual therapy and targeted exercises. Thanks to my PT, Robert Sabatino (Bobby), I’m finally pain-free from a four-year neck and upper back injury. Unlike previous clinics that only treated the symptoms (pain in neck area), Bobby identified the root cause (upper spine injury) and I finally started feeling better. Highly recommend Bobby and the whole team!

All the staff here are very professional, welcoming, and friendly. They have a great set of interns and assistants who ensure all the patients are taken care of. I primarily worked with Ray who helped evaluate, and put together a personalized program to increase my range of motion after a post operation meniscus repair. He is a very knowledgeable,skilled, and caring person. Since coming here, I have greatly improved my range of motion in my knee. This is a great group of physical therapists and I would recommend! I had an excellent experience at PPTW! Ray, has been my physical therapist for the past 4 months. I was being treated for a severe shoulder injury. He was very helpful in his explanations of my injuries and my treatments. His great attitude gave me everything I needed to keep pushing every day!
