I had been dealing with knee pain for about 2 years. On my first visit, Ed took the time to understand my injury history and activity levels, and he came up with a great plan to get me back to running pain free. He was great at adjusting the plan based on my progress. At the end of our sessions, I was able to run to and from the clinic with no more pain. He also gave me the tools I need to stay healthy and pain free. The weekly rebus puzzles were also a fun touch. Highly recommend this clinic!

I did PT here for the past few months, and I couldn’t have been happier!! I had Nicole to help me and she was gentle, kind, and encouraging. When I came to the first appointment, I was nervous after having a bad experience with an orthopedic surgeon. Nicole helped me believe that my knees were a fixable problem! Now, I am back to running and couldn’t be happier. This place is truly the best.

I've been in and out of PT with various injuries and this time, I met with Hanna for 8 weeks for my aging shoulder. I really enjoyed working with her; she knew her stuff and she knew when to nudge me when she felt it was time to increase the weights or the reps, to add a new exercise or delete an old one. I continued to make steady progress until I had to transfer back to the gym. I miss the individual attention and weekly motivation!

I have had PT there for previous injuries to my left knee and to treat plantar fasciitis in my foot with complete success. Why change what has successfully worked so well for me, a senior woman, in the past? Edward is the consummate professional...knowledgeable, skilled and patient with a good bedside manner. I had a wonderful experience here. I found everyone, especially my PT Nicole, so kind and easygoing. I came here for an Achilles injury I have had for years and within two months my pain has completely subsided and I am starting to do the things I love again like hiking, running, and more. I was in search of a physical therapist to address my patellar tendinitis and found this clinic through Zocdoc. From the very first visit, Ed and the entire staff made this one of the best patient experiences I’ve ever had. Every appointment was met with warmth and genuine care. I was always greeted with smiles. I often had to reschedule appointments just a couple of days in advance, and they were always accommodating and understanding. On my last day recently, I genuinely felt sad to leave. The staff is not only kind but clearly experienced, and the overall culture of the clinic is amazing. If I had to name one downside, it would be that the facility is on the smaller side, but honestly, I found that humbling. Less is truly more. The intimate size made the care feel even more personal. Big thanks to Ed, Ash, G, Hana, Sabrina, Muhammad, and everyone else I had the pleasure of interacting with. You’re all great people, and I wish you and your current and future clients nothing but the best!

The physical therapists here are amazing! They work with you every step of the way to make sure you get back to full health and strength, carefully monitoring your condition to ensure you’re never pushing too far to flare up but always getting just close enough to holistically strengthen the body back to 100%. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Cardona and his team enough, he’s the best! You can fully trust in his expertise and judgement.

Cannot be more thankful for my experience at Professional PT in Waltham. Jessica and Ed (as well as all the other very hard-working assistants and front desk staff I worked with while I was going!) are amazing, supportive and knowledgeable in helping me while I was recovering from my foot injury. Highly recommend them all.
