We structure this class to support you in maintaining your regular yoga practice. We will start with a gentle warm-up, then move into a combination of poses/asanas that we hold for a while (hatha yoga) and asanas that progress smoothly from one to another (vinyasa yoga). Each class will end with a quiet, relaxing asana to wind down. Throughout the class, we will use our breath to deepen each pose and our mindful awareness of body alignment and sensation. We will get a good workout and leave class feeling more calm and balanced.

By far the best yoga class I have ever experienced. Andrea's attention to detail and slight adjustments to individual bodies allow for deep practice. And the classes go way beyond body alignments to include attention to heart, being present and breath. I would recommend Andrea's classes to everyone and want to share this gem of a yoga studio!
Andrea was named Valley Advocate Yoga Teacher of the Year in 2019. For the past year and a half, I have come to understand why. Andrea has the ability to identify and observe the physical imbalance(s) of the body. She is then able to resource a seemingly bottomless container of knowledge to provide the best shapes and sequences for my challenges (which include a double hip replacement). She teaches to the student rather than expecting the class to fit into a pre-designed plan. In 13 years of yoga, I have never felt more healthy.
This yoga class is one of the best I've experienced since I started exploring yoga in 2008. The practice is always different and always leaves me feeling better than when I came in. She really caters to each student and treats everyone like a long lost friend. I have been telling all of my friends about this class because Andrea's teaching is excellent for beginners or if you are a well practiced yogi.
