Sara has helped me tremendously. When we began working together I could hardly move or get off the couch because of illness and surgery. Now I'm actually lifting weights and completing whole workouts. Sara immediately understood my situation and has created custom tailor fit sessions and workouts that meet my needs, support my healing, connect with my fitness goals, and challenge me in exactly the ways I looking for. Plus, Sara's calm and supportive approach was exactly what I needed when I was sick and recovering from surgery. Now that I'm loads better, her coaching, personal training, and encouragement are absolutely spot on. I was having some issues with my left leg after running and I had a conversation with Sara about it. She listened to me and was very open and honest about what she thought was going on. She took the time to explain what she was seeing and then recommended some exercises and stretches, which I've been using and have felt that the issue in my leg is improving.
