Guaranteed Fitness Center in Spencer

My name is Dr. Ted Anderson. I have been doing bodybuilding and powerlifting since 1995. I have worked out in gyms in New York City, Boston, Providence, Connecticut, California, Hawaii, Europe, South America, and Asia, and Guaranteed Fitness is the best gym I have ever worked out in. I have been working out at Guaranteed Fitness sonce 2001, and I work out on the average of 5 times per week. I have a PhD in physics, and Guaranteed Fitness has the best equipment according to the laws of physics in regards to Newton's Laws of force and motion. Several machines are engineered to give a constant torque throughout the range of motion instead of just at the sticking point. This optimizes muscle development. Guaranteed Fitness also has an abundance of cardiovascular machines. If you like bodybuilding and/or cardiovascular fitness, this is the gym for you! The owner, Bruce is dedicated to gym excellence. On the staff is Mike a bodybuilder of Mr. Olympia quality. Bruce's son, Andrew is a bodybuilding and boxing champ. Gabe is also a bodybuilding and boxing champ. Bruce, Mike, Andrew, and Gabe are all great trainers. Guaranteed Fitness is the best gym I have ever worked out in.

The Venice Beach and Golds Gym in one building in the northeast. Any body builder gotta put this on their bucket list of gyms for a session , maybe 2 a days. Simply awesome. A pumpers paradise. The owner is one in a million and has rubbed elbows with some of the greatest bodybuilders in the world the last 40 years. If you think you know everything just meet him and you will see what you've been missing and what you don't know in your muscle building goals. Just got to experience Guaranteed Fitness in Spencer, MA and I loved it! Really amazing array of equipment, owner and staff are beyond welcoming and kind. If you're looking for a fitness facility that meets all of your needs, I highly recommend Guaranteed Fitness. Can I give 6 stars please?

What an incredible gym filled with the best equipment and group ex classes! No matter what fitness level you are, there is something here for you. As a personal trainer of 20+ years, visiting this gym was such a great experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I cannot wait to go back and visit! Keep doing what you’re doing in the fitness industry… You are fulfilling the needs of ALL fitness levels in Spencer!!!!

One of the cleanest and best gyms in it's class that I've ever been around, past or present. Ownership is always evolving, bringing modern and new state-of -the - art equipment, replacing relics, proactive and quick to fix and/ or tag out broken equipment , crew members Bruce, Dave, Mike, Craig, Gabe, Drew, Twins, Peyton etc, amazing attitude, willing to help out with any queries, always in motion with cleanliness and the general hygiene and outlook of the place. Rating of 10/10 in my book.

I’ve gone to this gym for around 6-7 years. The staff is very professional and helpful. The gym is very clean and the equipment is consistently being upgraded. They just recently got all new dumbbells. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a good new gym!

Been at this gym for over 5 years now and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The staff up front is awesome and always welcoming! I always enjoy talking to them when I’m coming in or when I’m leaving after my workout. The place is extremely clean and is always updating the equipment. The owner has always been very nice to my family ever since we joined and I couldn’t imagine joining another gym while i’m in the Massachusetts area! Working out at this gym has helped me achieve my fitness goals like no other gym has.

There is a lot of different things I like about this gym but I'll touch upon a few in this review. 1. I started personal training sessions which are very reasonably priced and Mike and Dave really helped me get my life back. 2. They just got a bunch of new equipment from Italy and I'm telling you It's ELITE compared to any other gym around you'll always find a piece of equipment that works for you. 3. I absolutely love their no filming policy because you don't have to deal with those annoying people always trying to film their set. And 4. Everyone in the gym is like family whenever you need a hand or spot they got your back the culture here is amazing! So what are you waiting for?!
