Four Elements Salon & Spa in Southwick

I had my first haircut at this salon today with Natalie. Natalie is such a gem! She is very personable, and really listened to what I wanted. I was making a big change, and she was great about telling me what she thought would work, and what we should tweak for my specific hair/face shape. She took her time and really paid attention to the details. As a side note, I love the organic products at the salon! I came out of the salon with my hair feeling so soft and healthy!

I went here on a whim for a massage and boy, am I happy I did. Carrie was attentive, knowledgeable, and so nice. She did an amazing job and I left feeling looser and more relaxed than I have in years. The staff was kind and the atmosphere was great. I will absolutely be back!

Four Elements Salon and Spa is gold standard! The staff is genuinely kind and welcomed me in as if I had been a long standing client for years. The stylists are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. They were so thoughtful and helpful offering all sorts of tips from water filters considerations to DIY hair masks. Natalie took such great care and made sure I left looking and feeling amazing. She helped bring my hair back to its natural state of beauty! Thanks so much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I will never go to another place. From the very first phone call, they showed such a presence of warmth and patience. These people are so kind and sincere and skilled at what they do. Atmosphere is everything, and from the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The salon is extremely beautiful, almost whimsical. And thoughtfulness? They offer you tea and a warm pack for your back for the salon chair. And there's little bowls of chocolate everywhere! Thank you so much for everything! Can't wait to try all of their services.

5 for service, 3 for quality. Went in for hair donation, and they were very kind throughout my whole experience. My hair is pretty thick black hair and I have lots of it. Asian hair is pretty difficult to cut, compared to the thinner blonde hair, so it was a struggle and a half. Really appreciate the amount of effort and would probably recommend to others with thinner hair than me.

I found this gem driving by and researched their site to see if there really was such a thing as a natural and organic salon. Jackpot! I usually can't enjoy a true salon experience due to my allergies, but Four Elements uses natural product lines that are salon quality and safe. I decided to email them before making an appointment, they requested my allergy list, and they discussed my needs over the phone before my appointment. At my initial consultation, Sam was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to learn about my health and hair. I also have very long hair and she wasn't intimidated by its length/manageability, or want to cut it off right away. She took her time with me; I wasn't just a number at a chop shop. I didn't have allergic reactions to the products and enjoyed their natural scents very much. This salon is not interested in how much money they can make out of their customers - they want you to walk out with gorgeous healthy hair and happiness, and the service doesn't end when you walk out. They want you to keep in touch to know your hair care needs. From the consultation to the shampooing to the styling, hands down this is the best salon I've been to and plan to enjoy it's services in full. Mary has created, along with her wonderful staff, a most amazing salon in every way! From the moment you walk in the door, it's evident that they care about their clients and strive to make it a calm and caring environment. My hair has never been so healthy and looked as good since I've been getting her exceptional conditioning treatments and hair cuts! My husband gets his hair cut there as well, and agrees they're the best he's ever gotten. I have had several facial spa treatments with Samantha and highly recommend them as well. Not only good for your skin, but a total zen like experience with calm music and aromatherapy! She even relaxes my jaw tension from my TMJ with her face and neck massage. Since starting the Eminence face products, I get nothing but compliments on the healthy glow my face now radiates! Their hair and skin products are the finest quality and last a long time, making them actually more economical in the long run. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Four Elements Salon!!!

The best salon I have ever been too. Very clean and very relaxing. I have had two stylists. Samantha and Tonya. Both are wonderful at their craft. I love that I never feel rushed and that when you are in the chair they give you 100% of their attention.. All of the products I have used there are organic which is a huge plus if you are into well being and it just amazes me that the prices are about the same as you would pay at a regular salon. I cannot say enough about this place. Amazing!
