We're Open for In-Person and Livestreamed Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Spin and Core Cardio Muscle classes. Personal Training by appointment. For In-Person classes, we installed specialized bipolar ionization equipment in the air handling system, proven to reduce the SARS-CoV-2 by 99.98%. When joining us in the studio, please bring your own mat and props.
I love the Pilates classes here! The space is always spotless, and there’s plenty of equipment available. Susan does an excellent job keeping the classes dynamic, so you’re never stuck doing the same routine. Every session delivers a fantastic core workout—challenging yet thoughtfully structured with proper warm-ups and stretching. It’s the perfect balance of intensity and intention, and I always leave feeling stronger and glad that I went!
I am so happy I found this studio! Susan is a wonderful teacher. The classes (I do Yoga, Pilates and Barre) are excellent- challenging but always the option to modify. Class size is small so Susan always asks if there are specific areas anyone wants to work on. The studio is clean, bright and inviting. The timings (8:45am, evening and weekends) fit perfectly with my schedule. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone interested in these classes.

Clean and bright studios with plenty of yoga props. Really nice folks with good energy. I like the rates as I can easily drop in ad my schedule allows with many different commitment options (including class by class).

As a member of Every Body Balance since 2008, I have enjoyed a terrific offering of classes on Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and fun specials like boot camps and belly dancing. The workouts have sculpted my body, strengthened my core so my back no longer bothers me, given me strength and flexibility, and makes me feel energized. I can’t imagine starting my day without the wonderful workouts. An added benefit is the amazing women and a few great guys, who are now part of my social network.
