I recently went to Liz’s massage after playing long hours of tennis, and it was fantastic. Her place is very clean and calm. Liz has amazing hands and great technique. She really helped relieve my shoulder and neck stiffness. I felt so relaxed and relief afterward. I highly recommend her and will return soon. She is truly gifted! Thanks Liz!!!

Liz is amazing! I’ve had difficulties with my back and my shoulders for years and years, I’ve tried to get a massage at least once or twice a month. This is by far the best experience I’ve had yet. Liz was even able to get rid of some numbness from my last back issue.

Liz is a wonderful massage therapist. She has always taken the time to listen and ask questions regarding particular areas where I have been experiencing pain or soreness. She has worked with me to reduce my persistant muscle tension and soreness. She always makes a point of checking in to make sure she is getting to those spots that need it the most. Thanks to Liz, I have significantly less pain.

Liz is fantastic! My husband and I have received multiple Reiki sessions from her and every time she has been spot on with her calming presence, her warming energy and her facilitation of bringing our intentions and positivity forwards and releasing the negative energy. As someone who was fairly sceptical the first time (my husband was the believer from previous experiences) I must say I am a believer now. I could feel the changes in heat, cold, tightness, release and overall mentality during that first session and the ones that followed. Liz also just has a personality and warmth about her that puts you right at ease and is so welcoming and kind from the first moment on. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
