I started going to Deana’s studio when the chain Pilates studios were always full and I couldn’t get into a class. That was about 3 years ago. I’ve been going 1-2 a week ever since. She is very attentive, making sure your form is correct and you are getting the most out of every move.
I started going to Pilates at my doctors insistence. I was having constant back pain. I’ve now been going to Rhythm and Flow 2 to 3 times a week for at least seven years… I’ve lost track. Deana is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to modify or adjust any exercise that causes pain. I spend a lot of time in the car and often arrive with back pain. But I always leave pain-free and feeling stronger. I really enjoy the private sessions, but have started taking classes as well. I had been worried that the classes wouldn’t allow for the individual attention to personal needs that private sessions too. I was wrong. Deana is an amazing teacher. I recommend rhythm and flow to everyone!
Deena's treatment for my scars has been life changing. I've gotten back movement and had my pain levels decrease. I'm able to do much more than I was before the treatment.
I have been a client of Deana's for over 15 years now. I have done both privates and classes. Privates are essential if you are new or recovering and need specific instructions. What I have learned over the years that is that to truly benefit from any type of exercise you must learn how to do it correctly. Deana individualizes and makes modifications that are critical to ultimate success. In addition to pilates, Deana has classes on Core Align. This tool has been critical to improve my balance. Because I previously travelled frequently and lived elsewhere for a while, I have tried other pilates studios and I can honestly say that Deana and Rhythm and Flow Pilates is the Best!
I'm so happy I found this studio. I was looking to improve my overall fitness and strengthen my spine in a smaller setting. Deanna and Pam are very knowledgeable about body mechanics. If you have any injuries or concerns they know how to adjust any exercise or movement. I feel so much better and stronger since starting Pilates and working with them. If you're looking for a more personalized experience this is your place.
Deana has an amazing knowledge of the body, and gives incredibly effective cues during classes to make each move as effective as possible for all different body types. She is a pleasure to be around, and makes the classes very enjoyable.
I was searching for a Pilates studio near me and after chatting with Deana about my goals, I decided to give it a shot. The studio is very nice and welcoming. Deana has been great teaching me the basics in private lessons and preparing me for group classes. I would recommend this studio for beginners or advanced practitioners as Deana is very knowledgeable and a great instructor.
The Monday Morning yoga sessions with Hania are so amazing! Would strongly recommend for all levels because Hania gives a lot of flexibility and insight in how to go deeper into your own practice. The community energy in the room is wonderful - can't say enough good things about this studio.
