Lincoln-Hancock Pool in Quincy

It’s a great pool, the staff are friendly. But once too often I find myself showing up and finding the door locked, and no notice was given of the closure. November 2 for example, no way it’s a holiday.

Perfect place to swim some laps. The pool is never full and they keep it clean! Wish there was more time allocated for adults to swim laps (it is currently 7:55 to 8:45pm)

Too crowed. One of the worst experiences I had to deal with this place is way from the beginning. First I accidentally bought the wrong membership packages for my children's swimming lesson online. I called their office a few times to get an answer. After explaining my situation and they agreed to let me change from a single youth membership package to the family members; which is lower than what I paid from the beginning. They said they will credit the difference of $230 back to me in the next 5-7 days. I've waited and waited, but the refunds didn't show up in my acct. I decided to give them a call to check back if they process the refund. NO ANSWER!!.. Called and left them a bunch of messages and hope that they will return my calls. Waited for days after days, but still NO ANSWER!!! AGAIN.... I've attempted to call them so many times but no one returned my calls. The calls were always forwarded to their voicemails after the first ring. Now it has been almost a month and I am still waiting. I felt like they're trying to run away and act very unprofessional. I hope no one has to encounter this incident.

Good place parking ,low price as other place. they make three session each session one month every day from monday to Fridays kids can learn how swimming my daughter she happy because have playground too

Please make water warmer!!! It's soooo cold...

Water is fairly warm and lifeguards are pleasant to interact with! Would recommend
