Ted does a great massage and is very accommodating. His work on my left shoulder and upper left arm really helped to ease the pain I was experiencing. Def worth it!

I started seeing Ted weekly for pain related to RA just over a month ago. I’ve had chronic pain for over a decade. The relief I have felt is amazing. He did a thorough intake and uses that to inform how he treats my body. I can’t overstate how freeing it is to be able to move again with so much less pain. His office is easy to get to, as well.

Ted is so kind and emanates joy and calm, and the office building is classic and lovely so was a calming atmosphere to walk into. Amazing massage with lots of care and attention to detail. Made me feel comfortable and at ease and had good insights about areas of discomfort - we had good conversation prior to the massage which was helpful and he gave the run down of what would be done. This helps me. Great cupping addition, and very relaxing work on the back and feet with great pressure. Will definitely return, I need this much more often! I actually like the pay in advance online option with tip and everything so you don't have to worry about it on the day of.

I have always been fascinated with the health benefits of reflexology but have never "treated" myself to a session until 6 months ago when I scheduled my first session.
