I have been working with Christina for more than a year on a range of strength training, flexibility and agility goals. It has been fantastic-- she listens carefully to what you say, how you describe your concerns and goals, and then offers feedback, recommendations and suggestions that are absolutely on point. Every time I have a question about some aspect of an exercise that seems to not be working quite right for me -- she can immediately see what minor change will make a big difference. I was thrilled to meet with her in her new space for the first time today (big, bright airy, new equipment and the always appreciated bonus of easy parking!). Finally, working with Christina is always fun, so I am eager to go to my session and get underway!
