B In Touch Massage Therapy in Needham

I had wonderful experiences with Kim, she is a superb therapist. I was not as lucky when I was seeing other therapist, such as Norma. I did not get a proper tui na massage. Also, I recommend that the appointment system is updated and they offer reminder for services as other places.

For many years I have dealt with severe knots in my upper back along with neck and lower back issues. I had shoulder surgery after which the back issues were amplified significantly. As a golfer, this was problematic for me! Nothing I tried worked, including PT, so I decided to try massage therapy which I had never done before. I went to Karen White at B in Touch, and within 8 weeks all of the knots in my upper back were completely gone! It’s now been 18 months, and I continue to see Karen every other week – the result I now have no back/neck issues at all anymore – they are all 100% gone. Karen listens to you and then goes to work to help you – she is a real professional and is very nice to work with.

This was my second visit to B in touch and it was incredible! The Wellesley space is so comfortable and relaxing. Karen was amazing at checking in with me to figure out what I needed. I felt so relaxed and am waking up today feeling so refreshed!

Norma is magical! Her healing hands instinctively find the balance between accessing deep tissue and a gentle compassionate touch. Norma is a very knowledgeable massage therapist, possessing a thorough, seemingly effortless understanding of the physical human body, combined with a plethora of techniques she applies, as her gift of seeing exactly what we need and how to give it. She always has great advice both for what you can do to continue and heal yourself after each session as well as the insight into the minds’ effects on our body explaining what may have contributed to your pain. She is also a warm and delightful conversationalist that will insist not to talk in order to maximize the effect of her massage. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I recently visited an outstanding therapist for a deep tissue massage. Ben's exceptional skills were evident as he skillfully applied targeted pressure, melting away knots and releasing deep-seated tension. I highly recommend Ben if you need someone who will listen with sincerity and ensure your massage gets the utmost attention.

Billy Hafferty is amazing. I think his athleticism, personal coaching experience, intuition, etc all attribute to an excellent deep tissue massage! I’ve had tons of massages; many locally and many in other states and I have to say Billy is by far one of the best. So lucky to have him in my home town! What a find!

Billy Hafferty is incredible. On time, professional, kind, listens to what I want to focus on and works the muscles in a way that shows he knows the body and how to get results.
