MCH Wellness in Middleborough

A friend and I went to MCH Wellness for Salt Therapy. Bridget explained everything so well before we entered the room. Once inside, the room was very soothing and relaxing. At the end of the session, Bridget again explained what we might experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in natural cures.

Just recently not only did I have the privilege to receive energy work from Bridget, but my dog Sensi did as well. I received a polarity session that left me feeling reborn again after a strenuous year - a very traumatic year to say the least. Sensi, my 10 year old staffordshire terrier, received emotion and body code work to help get to the root cause of her anxiety in long car rides. Bridget was spot on when she pinpointed Sensi had PTSD from around the age 6, which was the age she was when we got into a car accident. Sensi made the trip to florida the following week 80% better than she has ever been in the past 4 years. The beauty of this all is that Sensi and I never left the comfort of our homes for our energy sessions. It was all done through video call. Highly recommend 10/10 services with remarkable results.

Just went in for a halotherapy/reiki circle session (my first time for both) and it did not dissappoint! It was the perfect way to end a hectic day and gave me an opportunity to breathe/ disconnect from any negativity. Bridget and Justin are amazing and I can’t wait to go back for some more self care 🧘🏻‍♀️

I had the honor to partake in Justin’s soft launch halo reiki circle. He provided a comfortable and relaxing environment for all those who attended and his healing energy was felt throughout the entire session. I was having a lot of anxiety prior to the session and I left feeling rejuvenated and like a weight was lifted off my chest. I have a new appreciation for reiki after having two sessions with Justin and I’m looking forward to our next one!

I had my first ever salt therapy treatment. Bridget was very knowledgeable and professional and explained in detail what the treatment involved. I can’t wait to go back.

She spent time with me listening and getting to know me and took time to provide me with guidance and recommendation to help me with my wellness and healing needs.
