My mother-in-law bought us a family pass as a combined birthday gift for the kids it is wonderful if I knew about this place we would for sure been going close to home you can cook there they have a refrigerator you can use a ice machine you can fill your coolers a microwave so you bring hot pockets or mac and cheese cups a great way to keep the kids entertained without spending a ton of money you can bring friends for a extra 5 dollars each. The lifeguards and grounds keeping crew are very friendly and really good with the kids.

The greatest place to grow up, in the 1930's , 40's 50's. We lived next door. Ballroom dances, incl. the famous Sugar Eat every spring. Ladies in gowns and men in tuxedos, weddings, picnics, tennis, baseball , boats , docks incl. one in the middle of the river with two diving boards, a high and a low. At that time the playground was just as you drove in to the grounds, with swings for big kids and small kids. some Sea Saws and a round kiddie pool with a fountain in the middle. { the sidewalk around it is still visible today} It survived two major floods in the 30's, when water reached the upper portion of the 1st floor. But then, we survived too. So much more to tell...history of that area is very interesting. The Ferry ran from there to across the river near what is now Brunelle's Marina in the 1800's. I go there often, to enjoy the nostalgia...the good times. ..and all the memories. It seems it could be as popular as it was then, but times have changed, and it is not the same anymore, but still a wonderful place for family fun and some social events. I must check on a membership....although I deserve a complimentary one in my old age !!.....I've promoted the Club for all these years.
