Poor sportsmanship in weekend morning basketball pick up. Can’t play a relax game while people complain cheat and insult others over a pick up game. I pay good money and have free weekend just to put up this on pick up basketball

Great equipment selection, especially with the Hoist and Free Movement machines. The staff were also very friendly and helpful to me. I have enjoyed a trial period. Unfortunately, the gym's loud radio ruined the experience for me. I was strongly considering signing up for Cederdale after all the good things I heard about them, but they constantly keep a radio blasting annoying music. It's kept exceptionally loud in the locker rooms, which is obnoxious. Not even noise canceling headphones can block out the noise invasion. If Cederdale could turn off their radio, I would consider joining. Most people have headphones and clearly want to be listening to their own sounds, so why keep a blaring radio on at all? It's so sad that this is standard practice for so many gyms.

We are on a week trial and just had the pleasure of taking Zumba with Tracey. She was amazing. A breath of fresh air. I have done a lot of different class with several different instructors, this class was a great time. I throughly enjoyed myself. She was a sub tonight, lucky me. Overall very impressed with the facility.

Be careful of gyms that use tennis as a right off. Not sure if that’s the case here but they have tennis and the tennis players seem very entitled by their instructors

I am a new member to Cedardale and met with Mary to learn about how to use machines to build core strength and all over muscle strength. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and is very helpful. I am impressed particularly with her ability to make me feel comfortable as a new member. Great place.

Not only is this gym not open late enough in general but the management doesn’t update Google with correct hours. Multiple disappointed members showing up at 6:30pm tonight to a closed gym when hours are posted as open to 8pm. I expect much better for the price.

I joined almost solely for the pool. The good: cleanliness, lighting, brightness, elevator, staff, programs, classes, and adults only pool area and hot tub (yay!). No kids allowed in that area which I appreciate. The bad: membership pricing - very expensive compared to other local gyms. The hours: Some of us prefer a later in the evening workout and it sure would be nice if this place was open till 10 o’clock on weekdays and later than 6 o’clock on the weekends, which would not only be more convenient for many of us but would also disperse the indoor pool congestion as it can get too crowded. The pool is very busy in the mornings with classes, and can also be very busy in the evenings, as Northeast Rehab reserves a lane twice a week and there are a lot of lap swimmers and water walkers taking up the other three lanes. There are only four lanes in the lap pool which are rather narrow, making it hard to share, and while there are signs prominently stating that swimmers must share lanes (2 per lane) some members refuse to share . The hot tub is also wonderful, and clean and soothing, but as a woman, I’m tired of men flattening their genitals against the jets on the standing-side; some of us have issued complaints about this lewd and disgusting behavior, but nothing ever gets done. A mixed bag.

Best all-around gym in the Massachusetts area! Not the best equipment for body building (they could definitely use some more machines), but its overall atmosphere and amenities more than make up for that. With super friendly staff, good classes, and a community feel, I’m yet to find a gym better than this one.
