Unbelievably helpful in gaining balance, flexibility, recovery! Joan is sooo patient, kind, gentle, experienced! I can’t say enough about Aqua PT with Joan!

My family joined this gym because it had something for everyone (basketball, pool, sauna) and I was most excited about the sauna. Much to my disappointment, the women’s sauna was broken for the first year of my membership. Now that it has been “fixed”, the temp does not exceed 150 degrees. The men’s sauna has never had any issues and has always been 180+. Because of this, I need to stay in the sauna for at least 40 minutes to build a proper sweat and achieve the benefits of heat therapy. This is an enormous waste of time as my husband is in and out in 12 minutes. I often drive to West Springfield (not ideal, also time consuming) where the heat is 175+, as it should be. I’ve spoken with the manager multiple times and have tried to reach out to someone higher up but nobody will talk to me or do anything to correct this issue. If the female members of Enfield Healthtrax cannot enjoy the same member benefits as the men, they should be offered a discounted rate. Additionally, the door does not shut all the way and is often left open. Do better for your members.

The sauna and pool were my only draw however for $42-50 per month, many gyms in Windsor, east long meadow and Manchester also have a sauna for $20. Do better Healthtrax. Gym has most of the basic weightlifting equipment and plenty of cardio machines but some are broken or not working fully. Most of its very dated and lacking things like kettlebell. ALSO, the staff is great nothing against them very friendly and helpful but no one knows the accurate rates. I talked to 3 different people all giving me different prices.

I had one visit for a PT eval and then no one showed up for my foloowing visit. I left a message and was told that there would be no PT at thhe location. I was told I could go somewhere else for another eval. The eval was paid for by my insurance. I was totally unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism.

As always, excellent care from Brian and Jean. Jean worked hard to improve my strength and range of motion in preparation for shoulder replacement surgery.

The physical therapy department is top-notch. They offer both aqua therapy and traditional physical therapy. All of the therapists are highly trained and skilled. The office and appointments are very organized and managed very professionally by the office manager. As a physician, I appreciate the care with which they treat their patients. I highly recommend them.

Excellent therapists, knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to client needs. Joanne was excellent! The facilities however were disappointing. The therapy pool had lots of floating debris almost every time I was there, and the changing area and showers are inadequate at best. The place needs a serious makeover and regular thorough maintenance.
