I have to agree with Stacy B's review. The community is definitely niche and doesn't welcome people who don't fit. They'll make it pretty painfully clear that you are not the right fit.

The best instructors and staff here. Super welcoming to a queer /nonbinary BIPOC member of the community!! SHOW Circus offered a scholarship for BIPOC community members and I was blessed and grateful to have received this scholarship and awarded the opportunity to enroll in two full sessions for aerials. SHOW Circus does a wonderful job with giving back to the BIPOC community, and encouraging folks of color to pursue aerial/circus arts. Thanks to their help and the financial assistance given to me, aerial arts became super accessible for me. I cannot wait to continue my journey with aerial arts at this space. Shoutout to Margaret and Greer for being the best instructors I've ever had the pleasure of learning from. I have always felt safe, seen, heard, and welcomed at SHOW <333

I don't think they liked me. It was really hard to schedule with them so I took a time that was pretty out of my schedule and I actually had a fun time and thought the instructor was easy to work with and she seemed nice. I did think they were super uptight about the mask... at one point I touched my mask and she made me go to the bathroom and wash my hands. .. Seemed like overkill but I did as I was told. Anyway, when I tried to schedule more sessions we went back and forth like 14 emails and then the head guy emailed me telling me basically that they didn't have anything for me and I could feel free to try another circus school. I was pretty disappointed because the others are all pretty out of my way and I expressed this but they kindly declined to work something out. At first I thought it was a scheduling issue but when you get the brush off there's a very particular feeling that goes with it... I can only speculate but I guess they didn't like my personality which is not really fair.. my money should be as good as anyones and I didn't do anything inappropriate or offensive as far as I can tell... I guess they only let people in that fit in with their crowd... anyway, Im left speculating but I thought I should leave this review in case anyone else had a similar experience .. .

I haven’t had a bad experience at SHOW ever. All of the instructors are super kind and patient. They accept all skill and fitness level (that I’m aware of) and you always leave feeling as though you’re learning and accomplishing new skills. I’d recommend to anyone interested in trying anything circus!

We do the toddler classes, have been in them from 18 months to 3.5 years. The teachers are exceptional and my child has gained so much confidence. I cannot recommend it enough. I've also enjoyed the circus sketch labs. The facility is also extremely LGBT+ friendly (even the T part, genuinely.)

My teenage children have been attending classes at SHOW since they opened 8 years ago. The owners, Chris and Henry, have played pivotal roles in their growth and development as athletes, performers, and people. They have created an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and safe. They have classes for people of all ages and abilities

I am a long standing Early Childhood Educator, and I endorse this studio! My young kiddo took classes here after a disastrous dance class experience elsewhere. The teaching staff were positive, patient, and skilled at balancing making kids feel successful and helping them to broaden their comfort zone. Plus, the end of class performances at Show are a million times better than those 3 hour long dance recitals with expensive ‘toddlers and tiaras’ costumes, mandatory make up on three year olds, and no supervision backstage. Bring your littles here! You can’t go wrong!

I always strive to find places that make fitness fun, and SHOW is at the top of my list for a truly enjoyable and challenging workout! I have always been fascinated by circus arts and when SHOW came to town I couldn't resist. I started with aerial yoga and I was instantly hooked and I am now also taking aerial silks. Every single instructor is incredible and they all have such a respect for each client, their individual level, needs and most importantly, their safety. Every class I push myself further than I expect, but all with proper instruction on identifying personal limits. SHOW is welcoming, inspiring, and above all FUN! It reminds us that we are truly only as old as we feel, and there's no reason to lose that childlike wonder and playfulness as we age.
