Saco Bay in Conway is the best PT environment I have experienced as a 30 year career sport professional. The vibe is high energy with an open concept which I love. Can’t wait for my next session next week!

I started PT because of chronic neck pain that just became debilitating, preventing me from turning my head left or right in a full range of motion without causing much pain. I knew, going in, that it was going to take lots of work but I was willing to put in the effort. Jordan worked with me twice a week for atleast ten weeks. His knowledge of the issue and the steps needed to help alleviate the stiffness in the neck were a great help. Although my neck is not totally pain-free, I do have a bit more range of motion and know the steps to take to prevent it from getting any worse. Unfortunately I don’t have the available time to continue my therapy, if I have issues in the future I know where I will be coming back for help. Thank you Jordan and all the staff who were all very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend your facility to anyone in need.

BEST physical Therapists I’ve ever been to. They listen, they design a plan for your needs. They follow protocol, but don’t cookie cutter your recovery. They treat the “whole person”! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The office staff is amazing! Stephanie worked quickly and efficiently to get my daughter I. As a new patient. Her and the rest of the staff have been super friendly and accommodating to a difficult transition for my family to get my daughter the treatment she has needed. Jordan is fantastic! He is great with my daughter and his dedication and patient care are above and beyond. We are thankful we are working with this practice, and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Marc made sure I understood the injury, the severity of the injury and the scope of what my rehabilitation plan should look like. Great communication & big on positive reinforcement.

Emma Rundquist and Marc Chaput have both been a godsend. I injured one quad and had the other knee replaced. Marc is a technician and a great teacher. Emma is an astute and intuitive practitioner. Both have helped me greatly and I would definitely continue with either one. Saco Bay itself has been efficient and clean, well-equipped and thorough.
