I'm going to the Conway office currently and the physical therapists are amazing! They have been working really hard to help me with my arm. I recommend them! Taylor and Emma are really nice!
Do not waste your time with this deplorable facility staffed with unprofessional physical therapists. Lacking basic Integrity & common sense. Erin Carroll provided zero assessment of my body and stated I refused an assessment during intake. She also provided other false statements in her report that did not match the timeline of all my other occuring medical events which are counterintuitive from other medical professionals documentation. Again, no attempt at an assessment was ever conducted. Mrs. Carroll clearly decided that as a patient I would be considered a lot of work and she essentially referred me back to pain management which is why I was in her office in the first place. She basically wanted to put me back on narcotics instead of caring for a new patient.
If you are in need of physical therapy, then you will not be disappointed at Mountain Center. Nice building, clean environment, professional office staff, excellent physical therapists . . . Had arthroplasty of the right hip and did my rehabilitation through Mountain Center. Had outstanding care from a seasoned PT with a superior attitude.
I love everything about this place and the people r friendly here
