I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Boston Sports Medicine and its kind, dedicated, knowledgeable and professional staff. I have been fortunate to be able to have a very lengthy career as an official in the professional soccer world, and over the course of the last 15 years of that career I experienced a number of overuse or acute injuries that have at times put my involvement on hold. I was lucky to find this sports focused PT practice where the care and guidance I received were top notch. The staff I interacted with were often also dedicated athletes themselves, who took pride in their work and incorporated their own experiences towards treating my injuries while focusing on my activity specific movements. I always felt that my therapists were willing to work as hard as I was to see me return successfully to the field. The place was also always busy enough that it clearly caters to other PT rehab needs and is in high demand. Thank you Boston Sports Medicine, to your current staff (Emily and Kaitlin) and former staff (Grace, Ana and many others), for the key part you all played in extending my career.
I am so fortunate to have the attention and care of both Kaitlin and Emily for my PT. I have been recovering from a serious illness so my twice a week sessions have been done through Telehealth video. Their empathy, expertise, and patience have really made a difference in my recovery. I feel a ton of gratitude for what they have done for me. Thank you so much. Alan
I had such a great experience here. A friend referred me because I was looking for a place that caters to athletes and would support me continuing to exercise while rehabbing my hip injury. I worked with Kaitlin and Sammy and they were both excellent! I learned so much about my body, muscles I wasn't using and it really was a great complement to my yoga and spin. I would definitely go back here and recommend it.
I had a great time with my recovery, working with Kyra and Emily. They were very friendly and professional and they explained everything perfectly for my recovery after an ACL surgery. Everyone at BSM were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Boston Sports Medicine Brookline to everyone looking to seek effective and professional physiotherapy care.
Everyone at Boston Sports Therapy in Brookline is the real deal. Emily and Kyra met me where I was at. They listening to my concerns and patiently supporting and educating me. They coached and encouraged me towards making significant improvements to my strength and flexibility in areas of my body that have ailed me for years. In addition to actually improving pain and tightness I thought I could do nothing about, they made the experience fun. I hope everyone who needs PT gives BST a shot.
I spent 6 months in physical therapy for IT band issues from running, and my PT's helped me so much and guided me through recovery so that I never had to stop running! They gave me great exercises and stretches that I could do at home with minimal equipment. They are really knowledgeable and fun. Shoutout to Emily, Kaitlin and Anna!
I have had such a positive experience at Boston Sports Medicine. All of the PT's are so friendly and personable. I always looked forward to my visits every week. They are amazing at individualizing their patients and helping them work towards their goals. They helped me so much pre and post op. I remember after I had surgery I could not imagine being able to run again or even do a squat or lunge normally. But with every visit I got stronger physically and mentally. I am so appreciative for all of their help and could not recommend them more!
I can't thank Boston Sports Medicine enough for the help they provided me during my training for the 2024 Boston Marathon. I had never been to PT before, and was very hesitant to go for a first visit when my Achilles tendon started hurting a couple months into prep. I was in a lot of pain, and was very nervous about what I might find out. From the first visit until my final one, the whole team was so encouraging and personable, and it really felt like they wanted to see me get better. I am happy to say that I was able to finish the marathon pain free (in my achillles anyway - the heat took care of the rest!). I genuinely don't think I would have been able to get through training without the team and I would recommend them to anyone. Special shout out to Emily and Kaitlin - thank you both!
