1) they gave me wipes for pelvic floor therapy and there was a dead bug inside the box of wipes. 2) they cancelled twice after I arrived. Second time they made me wait an hour for the next appointment. 3) they make more money on late charges than actual appointments I think

Post PT is a great place that I would highly recommnend. Patient friendly, and the front desk folks are amazing, accomodating patients schedules seemlessly. Lauren was a great therapist, always focused on my particular situation, and very helpful with all the exercises. Pleasant to work with and a good listener, she was very insightful reguarding my recovery from total knee replacement surgery.

First I want to make it clear that this has nothing to do with the PT who I worked with, she was lovely! However, the scheduling and customer service was a nightmare. First, when you fill out the forms online they send un redacted copies to your email, which includes your full credit card number and security code. Which was my first issue. Also getting ahold of a person on the phone is boarder line impossible. I felt like a ghosted tinder date calling the place. Second, I was charged without a receipt or notice being provided. Lastly which is what sent me over the edge, I directly scheduled my follow up with the PT I was working with. However, the administrative staff also booked me out for appointments based on my indicated general availability for the first appointment. I received zero communication about this, no emails or calls to do this, it was just done. I only realized when I received a text message about an appointment I didn’t schedule and called and emailed several times to figure out what happened. There is not any portal to review your appointment information and you apparently don’t always get an email. I don’t know how a place can schedule you without checking and enforce a cancellation policy where you are on the hook for payment. Maybe I am being sensitive but, I just don’t think that is okay. I am pretty flexible but I am juggling multiple medical appointments and work. I can’t blindly commit to times without confirmation. It stinks cause they place was so convenient and the PT seemed great.

I went to Post Therapy for my back pain sciatica and arthritis in my lower back. Annie was amazing her instruction and exercises helped me so much. My back pain is gone and I will continue with her exercises at home. She's very patient and extremely knowledgeable. D.G.

I've been working with Christina at POST PT for about a year now and it has been, by far, the most positive physical therapy experience I've ever had. Everyone in the building is extremely sweet and positive, and Christina herself has always worked with me no matter the challenge at hand. I spent a lot of time thinking I would be subject to chronic back pain that left me permanently trailing behind my friends, and since I began physical therapy here I've learned that that doesn't have to be the case. I'm endlessly grateful to POST PT, from the front desk staff who are also extremely kind, to every trainer, and especially Christina who has been the absolute best to work with!

I have been working with Christina at Post PT in Brookline for several months and both the process and the results are fantastic. At every step she is working carefully with me to match the PT to my goals and to how the exercises are working. I am also learning a lot from Christina in the process, so that even after PT has been completed, I believe I will be much better equipped to maintain my goals going forward. Added bonus -- the scheduling and working with the front office staff has been excellent as well.

Christina Saia at POST is that special P.T. that listens very closely to what's going on with your body AND observes you carefully, noting how you move your body in space, even informally. She uses all that info to make specific exercise recommendations and also to explain things in a way that you can easily understand. I am an older modern dancer (61) and she took the time to really understand what I am needing from my body in dance class and performance and to teach me how to take better care of my body. She is patient, positive, empathic, and encouraging. I use my phone a lot to video my assigned exercises and she was so accommodating of that. I am very lucky to have her as my P.T.
