I worked with Ken Nwosu to rehab a wrist injury and he is a phenomenal physical therapist. He quickly identified the root causes of my injury and developed a plan to strengthen and stabilize my wrist. Pain was greatly reduced after one month. Along with being a clear expert in the field, Ken (and the rest of the Bay State team) was super friendly and fun to be around. While I was there, I saw patients with more serious injuries than mine starting positive and motivated to continue to make progress. Couldn’t recommend this location more!

Excellent thorough therapy techniques. Particularly exquisite care to detail and personal exclusive attention to all participants. I highly recommend this particular facility. I had a limited-time due to my traveling schedule, therefore my recovery was expounded yet quite dedicated to my unique situation.

I had an excellent experience at Bay State Physical Therapy! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. Kenneth Nwosu PT, DPT and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns and create a personalized treatment plan. The sessions were always productive, and I noticed significant improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and organized, which made every visit pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Bay State Physical Therapy at Dimock to anyone in need of top-notch care!

To the physical therapy team at Bay State Dimock. I would like to say thank you for everything. I went in there injured, confused, and had no idea how to cope with the pain I was feeling. My physical therapist Ken was the absolute best. I have skills and tools to take with me through the rest of my career because of this young man. If you are injured, go to physical therapy at Bay State Dimock. The team is very welcoming, patient, kind, treat you like family, and very safe. So thank you all stay safe and blessed!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Bay State Physical Therapy for the last two and a half months following a car accident, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. My therapist, Yin, has been instrumental in my recovery. She’s guided me through every step of the process, helping me improve little by little. Yin’s expertise, patience, and encouragement have made a huge difference, and I’ve steadily gotten better, both in and out of therapy. What I’ve learned during my sessions has been so helpful that I’ve been able to continue the exercises on my own, and I keep improving. I truly appreciate everything Yin, Ken, and the team at Bay State Physical Therapy have done for me. Thank you so much for your care and support!

On Thursday, October 3, I was discharged from Physical Therapy, YAY! It was a very long road!! 11 months of PT and October (2023) being 1 year from the cause of my issue, a pinched nerve in my neck. This lead to neck pain, arm & shoulder pain, muscle spasms, and extremely tight muscles in my upper back. Darshi, my Physical Therapist, told me it would be a long haul. I wasn't able to use my left arm, period. I couldn't move my arm more than 20° from my body. That meant, getting dressed was an issue, putting on deodorant, opening the drawer where I kept my cutlery, all basic things and until this pinched nerve, things I took for granted. Well, my PT sessions started and I'm not gonna lie, it was very hard in the beginning. I have a low tolerance to pain and I'd be the 1st to tell you, I'm a baby when I get sick, but this, this was something else. I knew I didn't want to live with this issue and just suck it up, I needed to work through it and commit to getting better. And, I believe for me, Darshi was the right physical therapist. Darshi was "hard" on me when she knew I could do more, when I complained that it hurt, and it did, a lot. But, she also encouraged me to keep up the good work and used multiple tactics to highlight my progress and keep me motivated. One part of my treatment plan was dry needling. Darshi kept bringing it up, repeatedly, and I Googled it and knew that I was "NOT" going to like it!!! And, I was RIGHT!!! I HATED every single session, I believe I had 4 sessions, in all. Darshi will tell you that it hurts her too to have to administer this treatment, but only one of us has a "needle" palpitating a muscle, and when she gets the trigger response she says, and I quote "We've hit the lottery"! LOL. I can laugh now, but at the time I was crying... And, I can't believe I'm going to say this, but as much as I HATED this treatment, I can honestly say that it helped to relax my extremely tight muscles! Score 1 for Darshi. 😁 I would like to thank Darshi, and the team at Bay State Physical Therapy, Dimock St, for where I am today. You pushed and encouraged me and gave me the tools needed to continue down the path to wellness. THANK YOU, I couldn't have done it without you! (Well, maybe without the dry needling). 😂 Ms. Barbara
