Elements Hot Tub Spa in Amherst

Brought my husband here for this birthday. There's plenty of parking behind the building, street parking is limited. We did the indoor hot tub and sauna room for an hour, next time we will do a half hour, an hour was a bit to long for me to be in the heat. We loved the hot tub, you can set the heat and the colors of the water, there are different seats to try out in it. The sauna was also great, you can adjust the heat and come and go as you please. Next time we come I definitely want to try the outdoor hot tubs. The indoor was nice but waaaaaaay to hot for me. Just a tip don't wear a lot of makeup lol. Overall we had a really nice time and will be back in the future!

I booked a facial with Kaitlin, and I can't express how wonderful she is. She made me feel relaxed and cared for from the first moment. The entire thing was perfect - it felt amazing and my skin felt great after. She made my birthday extra special and her kindness and good energy makes the experience worth every penny. I almost didn’t want to leave a review to gatekeep this place but decided to share the love.. this place is extraordinary!! I went for the first time today & got the Ultimate Anti-inflammation acne facial from the lovely Kaitlin. It was genuinely one of the best most relaxing things I’ve ever done!! Kaitlin was super kind & asked all about my skin beforehand, and even customized some things to make it better for my skin. The receptionist was also amazing & offered me tea or coffee while I waited. Thank you SO much elements & Kaitlin, I can’t wait to come back already!! :)

My husband and I love this place! It's such a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful lighting and decor. The hot tubs are nice and clean and you get a private shower. I've done both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and I love them both!

A nice spa!! We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, but there were a few things I’d suggest. I wish we could’ve gotten undressed & dressed inside before going outside. It was cold, wet, and messy and my clothes got dirty. The outdoor shower also had a lot of dirt on the floor. I know it’s outside, but still. Our massages were GREAT!!! We felt very cared for and comfortable throughout. It was one of the best massages I’ve had.

We've been going here once or twice a year for the past several years. Typically we book either the haven or oasis package - hot tub soak followed by a couples massage (and then we go out to eat afterwards). Always a fantastic massage - the therapists are experts. We've tried almost all the hot tub rooms and they are all wonderful in their own ways. A really wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion or a special someone.

We booked a hot tub and massage package before our wedding to fully engage in relaxing before the chaos, and wow was it wonderful. The outdoor tub rooms are really cute and was perfect for a fall morning. The spa was really quiet and tranquil and then massages themselves were amazing. We had such a great time, I’m a native of western ma and can’t believe I had never been before, so we’ve been telling everyone we know about this place. I can’t wait to go back for a couples package again!!

Great spot with a few different options. Tub with the steam is great (water room) and the sauna room has strong jets (fire room). Don't plan to do anything after from being so relaxed hahahah 🤣
