Apple Therapy Services in Amherst

The staff here is awesome and very knowledgeable. I've worked with them through a few injuries and also a knee replacement. I'm sure I'll be back again. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went to Apple therapy for the first time today for my first appointment. I broke my pinky and had surgery on June 30th. I thought I would get so much more information today, but no such luck. First of all, I was there 10 minutes early and my physical therapist was 15 minutes late, then when she called me in she was talking to another patient for another several minutes, never said that she was sorry about being late!! Apparently, my first appointment was only to fit the splint, I was there for over an hour. I also asked many questions about the swelling and other things, she would not answer any question and kept saying we can discuss that tomorrow when you come back for actual therapy. Seemed like a wasted appointment, and I do not think they should be 15 minutes late!! Not very happy!!!

Karin is treating me for a frozen shoulder after a rotator cuff injury. The progress in just a few sessions has been fantastic. I was expecting surgery but not anymore, thanks to her work.

I have come here for various running aches and pains over the past few years, and have recommended them to many other runner friends and will continue to do so. Everyone I've dealt with has been highly knowledgeable and has helped me get back to running quicker than I thought possible. Even more impressive is how they have handled my 9 year old's therapy following an elbow injury. Karin in particular has gone above and beyond to not only help her get range of motion and strength back, but she has also worked on getting her confidence back to return to gymnastics. I can't say enough good things about Karin and the Apple Therapy staff!

We have been a few times over the last two years. The staff is professional and caring. They are great with children. My son, 8 years old, goes and really has made great gains in his mobility.

Whether it's an accute injury or rehabilitation, I've had tremendous experience with the staff at Apple in Amherst. You're literally in good hands with Karin, Shad, and Laura among others! Annie and the rest of the staff are responsive, friendly, and caring.

The staff at Apple Therapy, Amherst are incredibly knowledgeable, caring and supportive. I have been under their care before, during and after back surgery. They know when to challenge and when to offer support. They don’t settle with minimal improvement they work toward regaining the best life function possible. I am incredibly fortunate to be their patient. Wonderful team of professionals!

I have been to this location twice after a recent ankle injury and this is the nicest facility I've been to! Everyone is so sweet, very knowledgeable, explains what you're going to do and why. I've been very happy! They even offer apples after your session.. So charming! Love what they have helped me accomplish!
