The youth martial arts classes are great. The instructors are skilled, patient, and supportive, creating a welcoming environment for kids of all ages and skill levels. The classes are structured and engaging, with a balance of discipline, fun, and physical activity. My kids have attended for a couple years now and have enjoyed their time there. They are now starting to see the benefits of the skills they have learned
Aimee and David were so responsive to my request of a self defense class after a “little too late” moment. David was professional and kind. He was patient and given the circumstances why I was there, they couldn’t have been more supportive or understanding. They laughed with me, were patient and were extremely encouraging. I felt safe during the training and moving forward, I felt even safer in my own life. I learned so many tips and tricks, both to be mindful of as well as ways to physically keep myself and my family safe. I would recommend this training to anyone, and I couldn’t be more strong in my stance to take the training NOW, before you actually need it!
Cutting edge has absolutely changed my life. I have learned so much about my health and self worth and love working out. Aimee the owner and also instructor has a very special place in my heart with how she has made a difference. The classes are fun and they really kick your a$$! Highly recommended
My 3 children have been going to Cutting Edge Fitness and Martial Arts for over 3 years. They absolutely love it! Sensei’s Dave, Brandon, and Jason are great with the kids, teaching them much more than Karate. If you’re looking to get your child into something that will teach them self defense, life skills, and build their confidence, Cutting Edge Fitness and Martial Arts is the place!!
Cutting Edge Fitness has an excellent variety of classes and times to fit my hectic schedule. The staff are all amazing and always go the extra mile to help me meet my fitness goals and needs. They continue to challenge me and push me to reach a higher level of fitness. My son also attends their youth Karate classes and it has taught him hard work, discipline, respect and valuable life lessons. He has done extremely well and I credit it to the team at Cutting Edge Fitness! After focusing on my kids for the last 2 decades, it was time to investing in myself. Back in 2020, after liking their 75th fitness post, I reached out to Aimee at Cutting Edge Fitness for help and started with personal training. She gave me the kick in the pants that I needed to get on track both at the gym and at home.. After about 18 months of one-on-one training, I switched it up and have been taking classes both at CE's gym and via Zoom at home. And I feel amazing!
Cutting Edge Fitness is welcoming challenging and fun for all fitness levels. I had never done a spin class before all the instructors were helpful and friendly. I now do spinning and spin fit classes throughout the week. The classes are super fun and challenging! I am excited to continue my fitness goals with Cutting Edge!!
I started going to Cutting Edge last year upon recommendation from a friend. We began doing small training sessions with Aimee every Wednesday, and I quickly fell in love with these morning workouts! Each week is different, and I’m always leaving feeling energized and stronger. These sessions have fit perfectly into my busy lifestyle and have helped me to integrate new ideas and workouts into my personal routine when I’m not able to make it into the gym. Thank you Aimee!
