THEE best studio, PERIOD. I started at hot power just about a year ago when I moved to Worcester and let me tell you it had been the best part of my time here in Mass. Every single teacher is PHENOMENAL. There hasn’t been a single class that I haven’t absolutely loved. It’s the perfect mix of challenging but doable. The teachers provide plenty of options for all different levels. I am so sad that I am moving out of Worcester for the sole reason that I won’t be able to attend this studio anymore. I highly encourage anyone and everyone to at least try one class here, once you do, you’ll be hooked.

HPYC is by far, my favorite yoga studio. Kristen is the best and she trains her teachers well. I loved her style so much I finally took the plunge and took my yoga teacher training with her a few years ago. Well worth the money as the training elevated my teaching and my own practice to new levels. I love how Kristen keeps yoga accessible by keeping her costs down. I have been with her for at least 7 years and she has not raised her prices once! And her class packs don't expire so I can use them as much or as little as I need. You will not be disappointed.

Hot Power Yoga Center is my absolutely favorite studio and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Kristin and her staff are amazing, always a warm welcome with happy smiling faces to greet you! Classes are challenging and a great workout but also modifications are shown if you need it. The heat makes your muscles more flexible and therefore an even better workout! I always leave feeling amazing! ♥️

You don’t realize how incredible your yoga studio is until you go to a different one. I had been out of my practice for a couple years before coming here and I wasn’t fully aware how amazing the studio and teachers are until I went to a yoga class elsewhere, and left feeling so lucky to be able to practice here. There’s a reason 30+ people pack themselves in to a hot room 6 inches from the next mat. The vibes and guidance are 10/10.

I’ve been so impressed by this studio from multiple perspectives. The teachers have extensive experience, the class pricing is affordable, and the studio is clean and up to date. Really great energy during class. For someone who has tried many workout studios in the heart of Boston, we are lucky to have this studio in Worcester!

Love this studio! Kristin and her staff are amazing. From providing towels, cleaning supplies, and yoga blocks, I totally recommend her studio. Be mindful that the studio does have taped off areas for mat placement but classes can be very full and therefore sometimes you can be on top of your neighbor. Other than that, I highly recommend this studio’s work!
