I've never worked with a personal trainer. I have some experience in the gym. Working with Rob has been an amazing experience. He gets me motivated, supports me, and on days I just don't want to go, I walk out feeling accomplished and ready for more. I’m half way into Rob’s 12 week program and it’s been great. Easy meal plans to follow. It’s based on real foods and nothing crazy or boring. He customizes weekly workouts I can do from home. The workouts are simple to follow and if I have questions he’s quick to help. I highly recommend Rob’s program!! Melissa
