I went to see Maria marques during lunch today along with my husband who is Maria’s son. Very good to see Maria speak Portuguese with another patient . Medication and treatment Portuguese neighbors has helped a lot. Thank you for transferring her to that ward.

Facility looked clean and orderly. Staff was friendly & helpful to me, and to the resident that I was visiting. Staff came promptly to attend the resident when he pushed the CALL button. My visit there & with my friend, the resident, was pleasant & timely.

I went to Life Care Center of Wilbraham to visit my stepfather. The facility is very nice. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses were all so sweet. The place is clean and decorated nicely. And my step dad likes it there.

Was able to use a room to do a gathering with our Mom in a small dining area with her extended family. Workers set it up with tablecloths, silverware, napkins and water. It was so nice since it is difficult to bring her home now. Thank you!

We had to place mom at LifeCare for Rehab. Our goal is to get her PT to strengthen her legs & come home with services. The staff are so caring & compassionate . Can’t say enough about PT& OT ! Mom feels secure and comfortable when doing her walking with Walker & other exercises. I’m sure she’ll meet her goal with their help. Appreciate the staff from Administration to Nursing, CNA’s NP and the Houskeeping & Kitchen Staff They all are Wonderful with the Patients.

Excellent care of my 96 year old non-ambulatory mother. Most CNA's are extraordinarily kind and treat patients with respect. Facilities are clean and well kept.

The location is pretty clean with minor (but somewhat visible) wear and tear to the furniture. And the staff has been pretty pleasant and takes good care of the patients (thank you! 😊). However, the center seems a bit short-staffed at night which then seems to unfortunately put more work on those working.

The food seems to be good and there is a barber and hairdressing salon which is very nice. But they are terribly understaffed. My father was left to soil himself multiple times. He has a bed sore that has been left unattended at various times. They could not get his eyedrops schedule straightened out for quite a while and he has glaucoma. Everyone is very friendly, but they have allowed him to sit in his own crap as I say and sent the laundry home to me with a full bowel movement in the laundry. Needless to say that was horrible to find. They don’t seem to understand how to deal with someone who is hard of hearing. I had to make a special request to get him a headset to listen to the TV. NOT, I repeat, NOT A skilled nursing facility. They may be fab on the nursing home side but they are not up to any kind of standard in terms of actual skilled nursing.
