I love all staff , they do the best to accommodate everyone. Dr.Nielan is AMAZING. Best doctor I ever dealt with. He truly cares about all the kids. He follows up and check on the kids even after hours ! My 3boys have him as their doctor and we are so blessed for that!! All other doctors and nurses are also very good !
Dr. Kasper is amazing! She has always taken the extra time with my daughter and is so understanding with her. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
We love this practice! Always get us in to see someone, even on the weekends - the nurses are all excellent and we adore Doctor Thirza. She is so incredibly thorough with their wellness checks and is a wealth of knowledge.
We've been with Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine since 2016. Both kids see Dr. Nielan as their primary care doctor but we've been happy with everyone we've seen at both offices. They're always friendly and accommodating and quick to get paperwork and prescriptions together. We've also been referred to multiple specialists and they are always on top of their records and knowledgable about each of our kids medical history.
I’m floored to see any negative comments and ratings! I have been with this practice since 2009 and have worked with most of the providers and staff throughout that time. I have never had a bad or disappointing experience. Dr. Nielan has been our primary caregiver. He is unbelievably kind, reasonable and accommodating. He genuinely cares about each of my 3 children as individuals and has never made us feel like any concern was insignificant. He always makes us feel like we are a team in making decisions for my children. In the odd times where we couldn’t be seen by Dr. Nielan, the other staff were equally competent and kind.
This practice is laughable. Though I liked the doctor (Dr. Tocco), that we saw twice, her working there alone isn’t enough to make you want to stay. Twice that I needed a sick appointment we couldn’t get one, which I was willing to try and forget about since I know they are overwhelmed since the pandemic. Ultimately we ended up moving so we needed a new pediatrician and despite filling out the paperwork and paying the money to have them mail me my daughters medical records they have managed to send a broken scratched disc, never provided a replacement after I have called five different times. I did everything right to obtain the records and they refuse to acknowledged the mistake and resend them. Staff is rude to deal with, and you can’t speak to a manager nor will one call you back. Terrible practice, staff and management.
I cant believe there's bad reviews. We have been going here for 8 years and I've never had any issues with rude staff. The only downfall is being on hold for quite awhile to talk to a nurse. But it's understandable since it's so busy since covid happened. But the nurses are always helpful and we usually get in the same day. Never had a rude dr either. They always are so helpful and make sure we get answers to what's wrong. We have dr Malik. And she's been absolutely amazing and usually for sick appts we see dr Nielan and hes been awesome every time.
Simply the best in the area. All the doctors and nurses that we have seen so far have been great. Edit: So some time has passed since I last wrote the above review and I’m sad to say that I don’t feel the same way. As soon as your kids turn 18 yrs old they don’t care anymore and are ready to kick them to the curb even though they still have upcoming appointments (i.e. physicals). If they get sick they don’t want to bother and are quick to suggest they go to urgent care when they are clearly still patients at PAM. I’m beyond upset and I don’t recommend this place anymore.
