I went to Lisa many years ago was impressed from my very first visit. Life got busy & I didn’t go for a decent period of time (way too long). My first time getting a therapeutic massage. I got a 30 minute session and what a difference! The next day my muscles definitely knew that they had been manipulated by a skilled therapist. A couple of days later my range of motion in my back had greatly increased and quality of sleep, improved. I didn't know just how tight my back muscles had become until my half hour appointment. I booked a full hour for next month. Lisa's office is professional, calming and comforting. Not being one who's comfortable letting someone else be in control, she set my concerns to rest. Lisa was absolutely amazing! The room was extremely clean and she was very welcoming and accommodating. I have sensitive skin and all of the lotions and oils did not bother my skin. I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa whether you are looking to just relax or get tight muscles worked out. I will be going back to her very soon!

I called Lisa today due to the tension and pain in my neck and told her I was in need of a massage today. She was more than willing to help out and move a few things around in her schedule. This meant a lot due to my intense work schedule. Her massage was the best i've have in a while, she was very professional and explained every every part of the process to me, which put me at ease.
