Great company with fantastic customer service and great turnaround we were able to swim in our pool in 6 weeks would’ve been quicker if the concrete guy was not behind due to a ton of rain so if you want a great pool installed fast and also never have to replace a liner then this is the way to go, A little more expensive but quicker turnaround time. Great company. Time is money in my eyes so I highly recommend this company.

Clancy, Jake and the rest of the team at PVFP are really great. They helped us make all of the choices we needed to select which pool and features we wanted, and installed our pool with professionalism and expertise. We chose our pool in late August, install started November 6, and we were able to swim on May 6. Our pool is awesome - we absolutely love it. Before finalizing our decision, we drove out to the PVFP office to look at the multiple pools they have installed on site - that really helped us make our decision about size, color, features, etc. We chose the 35' Ultimate in Graphite Gray. We also got the waterfall water feature, 2 deck jets, the salt water generator (highly recommend, the water is so soft and it makes managing pool chemistry a breeze), heater, pump/filter, automation panel (you can run your pool from an app on your phone! very convenient!), 4 LED lights (super cool light shows at night), winter cover, and auto-cover. We really love everything. After its first full season (May-October), the pool and all of the accessories were great. The only issue we have had is with the auto cover. It is phenomenal for keeping heat in and leaves/pollen/dirt out, but, it stopped working twice during it's first/only season and took the repair company (Cover Safe, not PVFP) a while to fix it each time. (It was definitely annoying to not be able to use the pool for a week because the cover wouldn't open!) That said, we would probably still go with an auto cover if doing another pool because when it is working, it really is awesome. We were outside of the radius for the contractors (plumber, electrician, mason) that PVFP normally work with. If you have the option to work with their contractors, we would suggest that. The hardest part of the process, for us, was trying to communicate messages between PVFP and our other contractors - I assume that part of the process is easy when PVFP is working with their regular contractors, so if you can, we suggest working with them!

Clancy was wonderful to work with throughout the entire design and installation process. Clancy worked with our family to meet our specific timeline and budget creating the outdoor oasis we were dreaming of.

From start to finish PVF pools and the entire team have been amazing. It took some time for the manufacturer (Leisure) to construct our pinnacle 35 pool but Jasmin and the team kept me updated regularly. When it was finally ready to go the team wasted no time scheduling the delivery and installation. The process went quick and soon after we were up and running. The team worked well with all the other subcontractors on the job and made adjustments when needed. Although the install went pretty smooth it wasn’t without unforeseen issues. How PVF handled those issues was what makes them world class. I had a heater failure that was diagnosed and fixed within 2 days. I also had issues with my automatic cover that PVF was determined to make right. John came out to my pool multiple times very quickly to ultimately diagnose and resolve faulty ropes and pully’s. Throughout, the entire team was responsive and understanding, and more importantly they’ve stood behind everything they installed. I’m looking forward to many great years using our pool and would absolutely recommend PVF pools!

I had a Palladium Plunge fiberglass pool installed in Summer of 2019. After doing extensive research I decided to go with Pioneer Valley Pools given their great reputation. With a small backyard I knew that fiberglass was the only way to go! Julie was communicative and helpful all the way through. Their pricing was competitive and fully transparent. The results speak for themselves! Would highly recommend.
