I was recommended to Twin Boro Physical Therapy for concurrent PT and Occupational Therapy for lower spine issue and severe osteoarthritis in both hands. The entire staff was competent, caring and results oriented. My spine issues have significantly improved and I have been managing my hand OA with the techniques and exercises taught to me. Special thanks to Kris (PT) and Terry (OT). I’d just add the admin staff that handles scheduling made the process very easy. Highly recommended.

The staff and physical therapists are great! Everyone is so friendly and competent. My sister is physically disabled and I bring her there 2 days a week. Her therapist Brooke is just awesome! My sister's therapist as well as all staff are really nice and empathic to everyone that goes into their location.

This is a great facility. Very professional staff. If you are lucky enough to get Kris as your physical therapist, you will not be disappointed. Kris was awesome and really knows his stuff. He really helped me recover from an achilles partial tear. In addition to Kris, the entire staff was great to work with.

I have now had two great experiences at TwinBoro through the years. The first was about 7 years ago recovering from a broken foot. Just now finished a few weeks for cervical radiculopathy with significant sensations down my arm. I worked with Brooke who took her time to explain the rationale for different therapies and manage to bring my issues under control in short order. I would highly recommend her and TwinBoro Westfield.

Over the course of several months, Tori helped me go from constant, extreme back pain to feeling much stronger and nearly pain-free. She not only guided me through effective treatments during each visit, but also gave me practical exercises I could continue doing at home—something that’s really helped me stay on track. Tori is knowledgeable, encouraging, and made the whole process feel manageable. I’m so grateful for her care and support! The support staff was amazing and caring as well.

The staff at Twin Boro are all wonderful! Everyone is very professional and respectful. I especially loved working with Brooke who was able to determine the root cause of my knee pain. She gave me the tools to build up my leg strength and to prevent future pain and injury.

I have been receiving physical and occupational therapy at Twin Boro/St. Joseph's Hospital in Westfield, New Jersey for more than 10 months. The entire team, from the administrative staff to the therapists and their assistants, has provided exceptional support. Following my heart attack and stroke, they have been dedicated to helping me restore movement in my right hand and leg. I utilize a variety of equipment at the facility, and I receive suggestions for activities I can perform at home as well. My physical therapist, Ryan, and the various assistants, consistently offer words of encouragement, instilling a belief in my abilities. Meanwhile, Terry, my occupational therapist, along with his assistant Rena, are always on the lookout for innovative and effective methods to support my progress. Twin Boro in Westfield is the best facility for physical therapy bar none. The staff is very professional but very friendly. The entire front desk staff greet you coming through the door unlike a previous facility my husband used. Natalia was so helpful and pleasant to deal with while registering my husband as a new patient. My husband’s physical therapist, Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. She pays extra attention to avoid anything that will aggravate his surgeries. She constantly updates the plan created to build strength so my husband can eventually stop using crutches. It is a great experience every time I drive my husband here. Many thanks to all.
