The place is rundown, staff shortages almost always, a resident had to wait 45 mins to use a bathroom, just a horrible environment to work in. A even Horrible place to send a family member

My Brother was a patient at this place for only 3 or 4 days before things started going very wrong..he was assulted by his roomate ....they then threw out his partial after he vomited from nerves..he had to move to another nursing home/rehab. He was recently discharged so we called vantage to inquire about them replacing his partial but no one can be bothered to call us back..So im writing this in hopes of the owner contacting us..If I dont hear back..Ill write a true review im sure will get noticed...We dont want anything but his partial replaced..which is kind considering ..His name is michael labrecque I truely hope someone will take the time to find out what happened when he was there and contact him.

My brother is in this rehab, from medical issues he recently encountered. This is not a five star motel. He's there to get well enough to go home asap. This facility knows what they're doing. My brother is showing daily improvement and has a positive attitude thanks to the great care he's receiving. And by the way, the entire staff, from the women at the desk as you come in, to the people that are mopping the floors, are all doing it with smiles on their faces,and are so friendly and compassionate! Thank you Vantage, for taking such exceptional care of my brother!.

This is a terrible facility! Do not put the people you love here. My mother was left in the bathroom for over an hour every time she had to go. When she asked for help or needed something she was either ignored or have her needed item thrown at her. She was supposed to receive an x-ray but it was given to the person next to her. We watched her getting worse for 3 days when we had to demand she be sent back to the hospital where she died 3 days later. Please heed these and others warnings and do not use thus facility.

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT send your loved one here. They will abuse and neglect them. They will tell them to go to the bathroom in their pants because they are short staffed and won’t take them to the bathroom. They will allow them to fall 4 times and NEVER put safety measures forward to avoid these falls. My grandmother just took her last fall with no chair alarm, bed alarm or door alarm put into place. She is on CMO and will not be with us much longer. She broke her back in the fall and her body could not take the amount of pain she was in. Our choice was to watch her suffer or control her pain and watch her die. We chose comfort. I blame them for her untimely death. I am sure she is not the only patient who is being abused or neglected in this facility and I say RUN.

My experience is a little different from the other experiences. I came here in early May to finish recovering from a mild stroke. There are pros and cons pros I have observed the quality of care here and it's great . Most of the staff are caring and this place is exceptionally clean. Now the cons, although there's not many but the menu is lackluster and the food doesn't have flavor Just because we're older doesn't mean we don't have tastebuds. Besides that if your loved ones need a skilled nursing facility I would highly suggest this place

Meeting my mom’s physical therapist, and her nurse, and the comment from my mom that she really likes the facility is a blessing! Thank you for your professionalism! First impression meeting the concierge, I knew from that moment, this facility was awesome, and it also smelled really clean, and have say the staff was really friendly!

The staff was kind but the quality of care especially at night and the misinformation when my mother was admitted post op was horrific. A staff member called me at 10:45 pm to say my mom was walking in the halls, disoriented and was being transported to the local hospital. I said that it wasn’t possible for her to walk, as had just had an operation to repair a broken hip 3 days prior. The person who called me was adamant she was walking and when asked who was with her, they didn’t know and had to check. Her personal items were stolen by a roommate who was identified previously as someone who took things and we never did locate all of my mother’s items when we moved her to a much better facility. When I went to retrieve my mother’s items, I couldn’t believe the condition of the facility. Worn out furniture, patients moaning and screaming and definitely not many staff. The mix up in calling my number vs my sister who lives 10 minutes away was also concerning. I live almost 2 hours away and the names and numbers were mixed up. The only positive thing they did was send her by ambulance to be evaluated. The 5 star rating is deceiving. Do your homework.
