If there was an option to give negative stars I would. 55$ for this joke course on a week day at 11am. Place should be no more than 27$. Grass hasn t been cut for weeks. They may not even own a lawn mower couple fairways looked like the sand at Hampton beach.. me and my buddy left this depressing course after 5 holes to go somewhere else

What a WONDERFUL decision we made when our family decided to have Tekoa Country Club, and specifically Destiny and her crew, host our fathers 90th birthday party. They could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We decided to use their Brunch Stations menu. The food was delicious...particularly the waffles, the bacon, the chicken marsala, and actually everything. We were able to bring our own cake and extra decorations which Destiny and her team put up for us. They were right there the whole event for anything we needed which included getting high chairs for little ones, providing help with the sound system when we needed a microphone, cutting up the cake for us, just everything. I can not say enough about what a great time we all had, and how wonderful this venue was for our party. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Well worth the cost, which was quite reasonable as well.

Destiny & the entire staff at Tekoa Country Club were absolutely phenomenal for our wedding. Destiny is not only very professional but she is incredibly kind and superb at her job. Throughout the entire process she handled everything with ease and treated us like we were the only wedding happening. Our big day was even better than we could have imagined. The decor, food, and atmosphere was perfect. If you choose to book your wedding with TCC you will not regret it!

We had the pleasure of working with Destiny at Tekoa to plan a graduation party. We were looking for a venue that could offer flexibility, creative ideas, an indoor space with an outdoor option (a deck), convenience, ease in planning, a fun venue for guests of all ages, and a great location. We found all of that and more with Tekoa! Destiny guided us along the way based on our questions and general ideas about the party, offering really helpful suggestions along the way based on her experience and expertise to build up to a fantastic, well organized, much enjoyed party! It was such a relief to be able to count on Tekoa to decorate the room with our party decorations, pictures, etc., and to be able to use the items Tekoa had as well (including tablecloths, napkins, a photo backdrop, candle centerpieces, a gift card holder, etc.). And it was great not to have to buy/prep/store/serve the food on our own - Tekoa took care of it all! It was great to have the deck to use as some guests preferred outdoor space which also had seating. Throughout the entire process, Destiny was prompt in answering any questions that came up; during the party Destiny and her staff were wonderful, always making sure that everything was going well. I wholeheartedly recommend Tekoa for any of your party/banquet needs!

We celebrated our annual awards banquet with 340 members. Everyone at Tekoa was so easy and fun to work with. Destiny and her AMAZING crew made the night go flawless. The planning prior was easy with Destinys expertise. She was very helpful with any of our questions. We ended up using both of the bars for our event and it worked perfect. Lines moved great! Also the FOOD...everyone gave 5 stars!!!

Good public course

Tekoa Country Club is a wonderful venue for our annual fundraising St. Marys High School Green & Gold Gala! Destiny and the entire staff are friendly, accommodating and flexible. They hosted our event the past two years and we already booked for next year - cannot wait!

Nice atmosphere but the food was terrible. Only good food was the dessert everything else was completely bland and flavorless.

Taller grass and cut grass laying on top was a bit disappointing BUT I acknowledge the challenge that the greens keepers have with the amount of recent rain. Otherwise a pleasant and enjoyable course.

Good food great staff. Excellent ballroom space a little out dated. The location is a little hidden right next to an apartment complex wish the sign had more pop value to stand out. Plenty of parking space for big parties.

08/04/2023 Mixed Emotions: First the good news, the appetizers and dinners were absolutely FANTASTIC! Chkn tenders, Steamers and Mozzarella sticks, Prime Rib, and Fish n Chips, all GREAT! And, the not so good news: I had called Friday around noon time to place a reservation for 6 (per the web site) as we were celebrating my girlfriends dads 85th Birthday Party. Got voice mail, so I left a detailed voice message ending with my call back cell#, no one ever returned my call? Anyways.... We arrived (only 1 other couple eating dinner) we saw a table beautifully set-up 6, so I thought that was ours, but it was not per the hostess? I explained to her that I left a voice message around noon time (same-day) for a special 85th birthday reservation, she said no one knows how to retrieve voice messages and chuckled : ( then she proceeded to pull two tables together right up near the bar where there were 4 employees and 1 patron having a great time/conversation) really?, again the entire dining room was available? The other table with the reservation sign had white cloth table linen on it, along with wine and water glasses all set up with tableware and silverware, looked great, but again that wasnt four us :( Would had been great if she said please just give me a few minutes and well set up a table just like the one that had the reserved sign on it, but didnt) ugh! After our appetizers were served, a few minutes later the server came back asking if wed like plates? Yes, again, all were adults celebrating Dads 85th birthday (which we made them very aware a few times), yes we would like plates knives and forks please... In addition, we ordered salads but when we asked what kind of salad dressing do you have? ...the server wasnt really sure, but she knew they have ranch, that was it. Two of my guests loved the fish n chips and asked what kind of fish was it?, she said I didnt know.., that was it : ( Trying to keep it short here... We had asked originally if we could eat our dinner outside, and were told no (a little gray outside maybe)? After we finished our dinners we went outside to take a couple commemorative birthday pictures by the practice green, just beautiful outside all the flowers and everything all green, but then only to see another large family having dinner outside next to three empty tables : ( But remember what I first noted: The food was FANTASTIC!!!! ...just not sure if we would go back? It felt like we were the regular 4some of guys that come in every Friday afternoon after 18 holes for dinner that have been gong there for years vs the brand new local customers having a special family birthday dinner for dads 85th birthday party : ( Our highest compliments to the cooks!!!!)

3rd Holiday party here. Food is ok. There was actually music this year, otherwise, ambiance is awful. Our server was seriously cranky pants. Not sure if we will book again for next year.

I recently had my wedding and it was everything I dreamed of! The staff at Tekoa are all welcoming and super nice. They have great team work and keep things running smoothly. Jen is super awesome! She made sure we were all comfortable and that every need was addressed. I would recommend anyone to get married here!

Hot day and the course is great condition... greens are quite fast making it a little more challenging... some of the wholes have extended blue tee boxes (set back) adding a little bit more of a challenge. Very relaxed atmosphere... I recommend it.

Great service and really good food. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was really good and pretty darn quick too. This place is a definite must try. Yes it is a country club but no you do not need to be a member. We did not need a reservation either.

Great place with beautiful views! We rented a banquet hall for a 60th birthday and it was great experience! Hall is beautiful! They set up everything the way you want it. Food was delicious! Beautiful views outside to chill and take pictures.

We went there for a memorial. The place was appropriately decorated. The bartender was helpful and respectful. The food was plenty and very good, wait staff was efficient.

Love the layout of the course, greens were ok/good. Fair price and pace is good. However the tee boxes and fairways are all crabgrass and clovers barely any grass.carts seemed like they haven t had maintenance in awhile but overall a decent course.

My husband and I had our wedding here and it was absolutely stunning. Jennifer, the wedding coordinator, was very professional and a wonderful person to work with. She did everything we requested and more. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a blast. Great food, great staff and overall a very wonderful and memorable wedding. We would like to thank Jennifer and her staff for everything they have done. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended for weddings or any future events.

Jennifer and her staff did an amazing job. They decorated with such passion. They made the day so special for myself and my husband. The food was amazing. Jeff the chef and his team did such an amazing job. Tekoa is a wonderful place to have your wedding and reception. Jennifer paid attention to all details we described to her. She is very attentive and always responsive to my calls and emails. She included my husband and I in all the planning. She walked us step by step through the process.

Old and outdated inside the building. Definitely needs a pick me up. The lack of communication is also very concerning.

This course is very nice. No issues there...however good luck playing fast in these carts. My granny s Rascal can beat these easily in the standing quarter mile. So could that dumb robot in Stop and Shop. You might as well walk. Please Tekoa, increase your cart speeds.

Tekoa was a fun golf course. Not difficult but the layout is interesting. Fairway are sparse greens hard and fast traps have hard sand, but all playable. Late golf in Nov is always great.

They do the Daddy Daughter dance every year and they make it really wonderful for the girls! Staff is really nice and the place always looks really really nice for it!! Ive been to golf tourneys here too and its always a real good time, and its been awhile since Ive eaten there but the food was good last time I did.

Clean needs a little clean up on entrances

Mothers Day brunch, not cheap, but well worth it. Have been here for family function in past. Would definitely come again.

8/8/19 This is the flatest New England golf course that I have ever played. Reminded me of Arizona in that respect. Dont think we even set the brake in the cart most times. Limited water on the course and it was 89° with high humidity. Entryway to clubhouse has a funky odor. Just that one small area but........it IS the first impression. I thought the course was crowded for a Thursday morning, and pace of play was slow, but I am from NH. My friend from CT didnt agree. The course is in nice shape, cart paths also.

Went for the steamers and was very disappointed. Small portion for the money. Left there and went to Murphys Pub for dinner. Services was great nice friendly waitress.

Love this place!!

Food (mac and cheese w pulled pork & prime rib with mashed potato/asparagus) were 2 delicious meals and the ambiance was calm. Perfect way to end a holiday week.

Went to Easter brunch.took forever to get coffee and water and juice. Had to ask so many times.they ran out of Orange juice.finally got the water just before leaving. Had to get another waitress to server coffee only 2 of us for it. The scambled eggs tasted like fish. Roasted potatoes no flavor and dried out.sausages dried out. The ham and roast carving station were good.had to wait for refills on the waffles.understaffed. plates piled up . wont go again .

Friends wedding was beautiful

Went to a wedding there. They had a outdoor service and it was beautiful setting. The party moved inside and I have to say the service and the food were very good. Music was by a DJ. Who played a good variety of music. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Would recommend this place.

I played at Tekoa Last week with the Safari Club. The course was in great condition and the food was delicious.

Safari Home opener As good as it gets at this course

Golfed there with a large group from the Safari Club of Southampton and everything was great, from the well maintained course, to the excellent build buffet provided in the 19th hole. The staff was excellent and the quality never wavered in spite of the large crowd.

Safari club visit May 10 th. Course conditions and greens in great shape considering our spring. Expect as in years past will continue to improve. People friendly and course is a decent challange for the average player.

Recently played this course after having last played it many years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the good condition of the course, given all the bad weather the area had endured. I played in the Safari Club group, which brought 100 players to this course for the opening kick off. Good conditions, nice layout, and hard/fast greens. Great course to walk if you are able to. I do think they need more bartenders to handle the amount of people waiting to be served.

The Safari Club visited Tekoa last week and as usual everything was perfect. I guess were spoiled because we have kind of come to expect this type of treatment from head pro, E J Altobello and his entire staff. But we also know that whenever you go to Tekoa, and whoever youre playing with, this is what you can always count on a great fun course to play and a welcoming staff that appreciate your business. This photo represents well over 100 Safarians that would all agree.

The greens are great now and great management also good food for the money

Sara and her team did an extraordinary job with our wedding. They worked hard to help make my dream into a reality. The food was amazing and the prices were better than any other venue we had visited. Despite rain on the day of the wedding they quickly turned my outdoor ceremony into a beautiful indoor wedding. I do wish there was a separate room that the ceremony couldve been held in instead of the same area as the reception, but it all worked out. The lead server I was given later In the evening was wonderful and attentive to MY needs, and all in all every guest we talked to said it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Thank you Sara and the tekoa team.

Had a holiday party there. 250+/- people. First sign of trouble the hors doeuvres, Costco exists for a reason - to produce better selections in taste and variety than they could come up with. From start of bringing dishes out - over an hour 1/4 to serve. That last ones to be served were told their selected dish of filet mignon (chick, filet or shrimp were the choices) ran out. What was not understandable is they were so slow they had enough time to go to town buy another tenderloin, cook it, and have ready to serve. So we were given the option of either the chicken or shrimp. I opted for both. I was always told that to F___ up shrimp you have to try really really hard. They must have put some serious effort into this one. After watching Forrest Gump for so many years there was one way of preparing shrimp this staff came up with that wasnt listed - Shrimp Jerky or more defining Shrimp Shoe Leather. If ya gonna put it under a heat lamp like that at least put some sun tan lotion in it, dont worry it would have helped the flavor as well. The chicken, well it would have been better to to just get one of those Stouffers frozen chicken entrees, microwave it and leave it in the bread box over night. I didnt get to try the meat but from those that did, theres a point where a filet just becomes stew meat, it was cold and uninspiring. The potatoes, I have had better at Dennys at 3:00 in the morning after a two day binge. Tater-tots would have been a step up. The green beans seemed to be the only thing done marginally right. The dessert menu, If you like cookies and marginal box mix cakes this is the place to get them. Bar service, slow, and under stocked. Maybe on the smaller crowds it runs a little smoother. The girl running this should really find some thing she loves and go do it, because she sucked at managing this event. They had plenty of excuses but none were acceptable. Never allow Gordon Ramsey with in 20 miles of this place hed explode in about 30 seconds.
