Pilates Reformer studio on the second floor above Tatnuck Bookseller in a beautiful space with lots of natural light, STOTT Pilates® reformers, and Stability Chairs. Use the entrance marked Julio Office Building. We also have a Reformer studio and a group fitness studio (yoga, pilates, strength, cycling, etc) in Northborough at 290 West Main St. Reformer clients can take classes at both studios. We require students to be trained on the Reformer machine before taking classes. We offer 6 week intro series or 3 private session to get you ready. The Core Connection Westborough Reformer classes are great! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and offer clear explanations. The classes are fun as well as a good workout. The Reformer exercises work things I can't get any other way. It is stretching and strengthening at the same time. The equipment and exercises can be adjusted so I am making progress and can feel the difference. The instructors understand how bodies work. A seemingly tiny adjustment can make a difference in the benefit. The studio space is light and clean, and the location is easy to get to.

I love Core Connection, especially the Westbrough studio! It is closer to my house, which is a huge help for week night classes! The facility is super clean and it’s fun to have the chair and towers incorporated into the classes!

Wonderful place for small group, personalized Pilates classes. The instructors are amazing, highly qualified, and always pay close attention to how you perform the exercises. Because the classes are small, they are also able to adapt exercises depending on your condition, previous injuries, mobility issues, etc. At a different fitness center I attended boot camp classes after childbirth, which worsened my diastasis and prolapse, forcing me to stop exercising altogether for years. After medically fixing those issues, I knew I wanted to do Pilates and was so glad to find The Core Connection. I did private intro classes with Rita (she is awesome!). She was so thorough and has a true passion and mission to help people feel their best. This has been the best investment in my health and wellbeing. Since recently committing to 2 Pilates classes a week, I feel that I am getting stronger and gaining back much-needed mobility. It is very easy to schedule classes within the TCC app, and both studios are conveniently located.
