Rivers Edge Sports Park in West Springfield

There are a couple of benches at the trailhead, really nicely paved and marked path, wide enough for two people to walk abreast on either side.

I like the 3 mile round trip walk. Only thing I don't like is over the summer 2 tents were bpitched there. Who knows what kind of people they are. I walk alone. Only one guess to where they use the bathroom!!!!

Very nice walk but there are homeless people living in tents along the way.

Nice addition to town. Perfect for walking,bike riding. Canoe and kayak launch also.

Hidden gem of a trail! Perfect place to walk with little kids and keep them contained... if you know what I mean. Great views!

Too many folks walking with unleashed dogs who run after bicylists and runners lately.

Ive heard dangerous stories, do NOT as a female go there alone & even if you have someone else with you there is nothing stopping a car or truck from driving down the paved path & running people over. At the pride gas station side vehicles could access the whole trail without any barriers to stop them.
