DICK'S Sporting Goods in West Springfield

My girlfriend went on a Saturday Morning to go purchase a water bottle and got hit on and was made very uncomfortable by a worker (A white male) asking all her personal details and called her “pretty” She was made very uncomfortable by this and was making fun of pictures of her boyfriend (me).

went twice to pick out a new threadmill and both times employees had no clue about the delivery process, prices, etc. walking around the store no employees greet or ask if you need help if you know exactly what you want and don’t need assistance great place!

Discrimination at its finest. Apparently if ur black and dont have a reciept, they treat it like a secondhand store and offer u $15 for pants that are around $200. Then, they need to run cameras and look for u purchasing items as proof. The manager helped solve the issue 3 hours later. Never again will I shop there and I'm telling everyone about this experience. Heading to Dicks social media pages now.

Wyatt was helping a customer in golf and I needed help because I was confused. He walked me over to sporting goods although it’s not his section and he helped me find everything I needed last min for my sons basketball event. This young man is great! Way to go DICKS for hiring someone special like him!

I just sent into the store. Was greeted promptly and brought to the section i needed. She immediately walked away and i had no assistance to assist with my purchase. They didn't have much a selection of tents, and no one to help ask. I am leaving. Walking down a large isle. Another employee was walking towards me with a rolling track. She proceeded to walk into me and catch my ankle on the rack! She didn't even see me! I had to speak up to have her stop. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Never coming here again. I have gotten no apology, not even a response to this review! How rude and unprofessional.

We recently had a great experience with helpful employees at the West Springfield location. We were in need of a product, but it was not out on the floor due to it being a seasonal item. Rather than just tell us it wasn't available, the employees checked for the item and then got it for us from the back. We were in and out quickly with exactly what we needed!

This place has everything! We had a tough time finding a helmet for our daughter for tee-ball, and we had no problem finding her a helmet here. The cashier that rang us up (I believe her name was Tuti) was very professional and personable. This was a great shopping experience, and we are so glad we stopped in to this location.

Got a very good deals on shoes for me and my wife. We got lates models Merrill shoes for a awesome price. And they are so good! After climbing Mt. Washington our legs has no pain. Freandly stuff helped us with shoes and price!
