Our 15-year-old son, a freshman, suffered a quad injury during winter track—before he even had the chance to compete. As being a patient of Amy's, she has helped me tremendously with my knees. In the beginning coming in with weak knees, and then leaving with the most strongest my knees have ever been. It's really mind blowing about the work she does, and how much she cares about her patients. Along with how much information she gives you along the way to live strong and healthy. She truly inspires her patients to be their better selves, especially when it seems hard, and trust me it gets hard. But in the end it's all worth it and you leave with a better knowledge of what your body is capable of, and also a new friendship.

Amy gave me the hope to heal with just the phone consult, her approach is unmatched! A two year old injury was getting in the way of my everyday life and honestly my happiness. Powers Performance is the single best PT for any athlete or just for anyone looking to get the best recovery possible. I tore my ACL playing lacrosse and couldn’t even walk after surgery. Not even a year later my “injured” leg was stronger than my other leg all thanks to powers performance and the program that Amy gave me. For the majority of my recovery I wasn’t able to in person because I was in school in Virginia, but through virtual sessions, Amy taught me exercises and stretches that I could do by myself in order to build back all the strength in my knee. Now I can squat heavy, play sports, and do whatever I want and I know that powers performance is the only reason for that!
