Very good experience training at DX2! Dani is an amazing coach. She’s very knowledgeable, experienced and a great person all around. My goal was restart my fitness journey after a few years off while recovering from injuries/surgery. I had lost some strength and had lingering pain and weakness from the injuries to work through. Dani was great at helping me overcome these challenges! Her knowledge and encouragement is invaluable! Six months later , I can say that my love of strength training has returned and is a regular part of my weekly routine! I’ve also gain quite a bit of strength and noticeable body recomposition. If you are a beginner or novice to strength training, I would highly recommend starting here. You will learn proper form to prevent injury, gain confidence, knowledge and great support in whatever way you need on your fitness journey. Great private gym and coaching for every level of experience!
I started working with Dani over a year ago and I instantly felt at home! She is an amazing trainer and really makes the experience a personalized one. The environment that has been cultivated at DX2 Fitness surpasses any other gym experience iv ever had. Dani is amazing at what she does! 10/10!
DX2 Fitness has been the highlight of my fitness journey. I have never gotten the feeling I get when I walk into that gym. I feel safe, motivated inspired and ready to train! She has been an amazing fitness adviser and has really helped me in accomplishing so many of my physical goals!
Daniela has been dedicated to fitness for at least ten years now and always researching and trying new techniques. Training with her is effective and the burn is REAL. But her sense of humor keeps the work out fun and enjoyable and there is zero judgement. I highly recommend her to anyone who has fitness goals they would like to achieve!
I have been seeing Dani once a week for the past year and a half and she is absolutely amazing! I’m not someone who will go to the gym, I find them super intimidating and never feel comfortable. She always makes me feel comfortable working out but still pushes and challenges me. I always feel amazing after our sessions! She also offers group classes during the week which are also great! I Love working out with her and have/would Recommend her to anyone!
Such a great atmosphere, with such a great coach. Daniela completely takes the time to tailor each workout to her clients needs. She works muscles I didn’t even know I had and I DO go to the gym regularly. Also, this space is a private gym. You’re either working 1:1 or in a class with other clients. If you’re someone who has bad anxiety working out in front of others, this is for you. An easy 5/5. Highly recommend.
