Alice Corson Playground in West Springfield

Wow the amount of disrespect from the manager was insane. He snatched something out my kids hand and made her cry, when I said I wanted to do a report about it the staff told me the manager will come out soon but he never came to do a report because HE was the manager. I waited 20mins for a simple BAND AID and there’s 5+ lifeguards there. I had my kids playing around in the pool ALL of the life guards had a mean and nasty attitude towards ALL CHILDREN yelling at kids to “WALK WALK!!” And “STOP SPLASHING NOW” just rude in every possible way, and to think if your child is having a medical emergency these are the people that are supposed to help you..Then when they yell at someone’s kid, they can be seen laughing and talking about it with each other. Pointing at the kid they just yelled at. I would recommend to go here only if u want ur kid yelled at.

Amazing swimming pool for toddlers and little ones. Maximum height is 3 Ft 6'. There are four lifeguards each time and 5 minutes break after every session. Overall, safety wise is amazing! Other than that, there are some picnic tables and shaded areas. However, they could use some more benches. Facilities include restrooms for both men and women. Showerheads for before and after the pool. Water fountain. Close by there is a beautiful playground and basketball court. It's free for West Springfield residents but visitors are welcome to join for $4 for adults and 3$ for kids.

Great place to go locally for a swim. It's clean and not too deep.

You basically cant even breath near someone or they blow the whistle at you i tapped my friend on the shoulder and they said keep your hands to your self and then when i asked what did i do they took me the pool DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Very nice park. Cotton is not allowed . my kids loved it. They have tables and lots of shade. Bring a lunch.

Very fun for children to play around. They have a Basketball court and if no one is playing basket ball use the court to play freeze tag. Red light greeen light one two three. Also meet new friends!
