My massage with Judith was excellent, will definitely be back to see her. Bailey at the front desk was so pleasant and knowledgeable, very helpful. The location was immaculate, and all the staff very kind and welcoming.

Wonderful and much needed massage while I was traveling. Lindsey is the best in the biz and if I were local, she’d be my regular therapist, no questions asked.

Massage Envy West Springfield is a great place to get a massage! Clean, very comfortable atmosphere, great staff & very friendly front desk. Melissa is an amazing massage therapist. I have seen her many many times for a massage & everytime was an awesome experience. Melissa is an expert & I always feel better afterwards not just physically but mentally too because she is great to talk to. I enjoy our conversations. Melissa has soft hands & a great massage technique & is also an amazing person. I always look forward to my massage. Can't wait til next one soon. Massage Envy is a great place to go.

Michelle wax amazing! Very sweet and knowledgeable. My facial was so relaxing and She has the softest hands EVER! I appreciate her so much. Bought the monthly package can’t wait to go next month 🥳 Also the girl at the front desk (I forgot her name 🤦‍♀️)was so sweet and went through everything with me. Great place overall!

My experience at Massage Envy has been a positive one! I am always greeted with a smiling face from "Bailey" at the front desk. I had the pleasure of having" Joy" give me the most relaxing massage with a nice Aroma Therapy scent.I am on my feet for 12 hr shifts for work, she took the time to work on those areas that bother me the most.I look forward to coming back for my next massage.

I had probably the best massage of my life with Denise. Very professional, very thorough, & didn’t skimp on the experience. I left feeling so relaxed! I’ve also had massages with Jenni who is very thoughtful, professional, and nurturing. Highly recommend either masseuse!
